  2. More consistency with the sales dashboard

    The sales dashboard doesn't align with what I can pull up in my contact reports. We need these to be easier to customize and we need more consistency with the filters and usability of these.

  3. Updated By" Filter on Activity Reports

    In Activity reports, create an "Updated by" Filter. Currently when someone creates a note, you can see who created the note in the activity report but someone can go in and edit that note (as long as they have the right access) and it wont show up in the activity report.

  4. Status Report

    We'd like a way to create a report that tells us all the jobs that were in a status during a particular time frame. Currently the only workaround to this issue is to create an activity report with parent workflow filters that tell you jobs that moved into the status during a time frame. Not all jobs in the status.

  5. A way for reports to be sent to Google drive?

    My thought is that if I can send multiple reports to google sheets, then I can have my key info be able to sent to a main page with all of my KPI's on it.

  6. Ability to add "days in status" to an estimate report

    We'd like to have the option to have a column that tells us how long an estimate has been open, rather than just adding a count at the bottom of the report.

  9. Report Folders

    Allow reports to be placed together in a folder or category -- for example, I would like to have a MONTHLY folder in which I can store all my monthly reports, or a WEEKLY Folder that stores all the weekly reports, a SALES folder that stores the sales reports, etc - instead of having 100 reports listed on the same report screen that you have to scroll through

    I need to generate a report in which I can cross reference different status with budget and lead sources.

  15. Custom Report for both Contacts AND Jobs

    I would like to create a custom report to be able to pull all our contacts AND jobs into an Excel spreadsheet with ALL the information we have gathered thus far. Currently, I have to download 2 reports, one for the contacts and one for the jobs.  Then I have to figure out how to merge the two files into one.

  17. Movable Custom Reports Function

    Would like to be able to change the position of reports once they are created. As of now your order is limited to when you put them in. For instance If I wanted to label my positions 1-10, If I added 8 before 3, my reports would be out of order.

  19. Add the address as a filter option in a payment report

    I customized a payment report that I filter out for my sales rep. I need to added the customer's address. I want to create mail outs to the customers who have paid. Currently, the only option is to manually enter each job number to create labels. To have the address as a filter option, would be helpful in our day to day workflow.
