Report filter by team member to have "Select All" option
When filtering by "Created By" I would like a "Select All Team Members" optiion

"Address Info" column in contact reports should not include phone numbers
The column labeled "Address Info" in a contact report includes the phone numbers. There could be a "Phone Numbers" column where all phone #'s are listed, but address & phone number should not be listed together.
This is important for mailing purposes. We need just the address (and the whole address) in 1 cell in excel to make this efficient. After exporting, we're having to manually delete the phone number(s) from each address cell.1 vote -

Work Order Reports/Add amount section
Ability to have an amount column in the work order reports and the ability to add a calculation to those columns for accurate tracking.

have clean dates export from reports to excel
When exporting a report that contains a date column to an excel or csv, it does not export this column as a clean date. Currently customer needs to configure the column through a formula to get a clean date.

Access to the database for inquires
To have some sort of access to the database that is the backend for the reporting in JobNimbus. Have an option to query it from JobNimbus (or the related backend).

Mass Edit/delete
After running a report, there should be a way to select multiple items/tasks/contacts (like a checkbox) then select mass edit/delete that will only effect those items.

Lead Time Reporting
I would like to be able to generate a report that tracks the amount of time it takes for a contact/job to go thru a Workflow from Lead to Paid and Closed. That will allow us to track how quickly we can complete a job.

Save a custom report as a PDF, so that it could be emailed to those on the team. Also, an option to be able to print the custom report.

Be able to track email replies in a report
Customer would like a way to be able to track which clients have replied to his emails through a report. Currently you can filter by activity type, but does not appear to have a column or additional filtering for reply as the status.

Note Filters- When entering sequences of text, have filter locate the text match.
Customer would like to be able to have a searchable feature in reports. An example, when using a filter, if they search for a sequence, then it should be able to find the text match in the string.

System Activity Report
User is looking for a cycle time report to see how long it takes each individual job through their pipeline. He can see system activity under the contact but that cannot be pulled in via a report.

Activity Board filtered by person or showing all user activity and timing
It would be great to have an activity board showing notes and tasks completed by an employee or by all employees. This would help streamline covering employee workload in the event of employees being sick with minimal time loss.

Ability to limit access to custom reports.
Wants to ability to change the access to the custom reports so people are not able to view certain types of reports that are created.

Sold Date and Custom Reprts
I would love the ability to pull data from all fields that are collected by JobNimbus or add filters to built-in reports.
For instance, I can create a custom report and pull data on when the job was created, but not for the date it was sold. But that timestamp is used for a built-in report by JobNimbus so the data is there. So would love to either create a custom report and pull from all data fields or be able to put filters on built-in reports.
This would help so much with determining sold rate for lead sources, cost…
