Text Message (SMS) Notifications - Text, Log, and notify via SMS within JobNimbus
Many other CRMs and Project Mgmt software have the ability to choose SMS text messages as a form of delivery. This allows those in the field to get the message instantly without having to log into the mobile app or their email.

Don't overload the client with one-type messages by sending the same message through different channels. If a person has read an email, there's no point repeating the same thing in an SMS. But you can send SMS to those who haven't opened the email for a certain amount of time. Make triggered mailings more effective. Tying SMS to trigger mailings is not technically difficult. The main thing is to choose which ones you want to send. Trigger scripts bring a guaranteed return, and sending an SMS with the same message when the trigger email is not opened seems like a reasonable solution. We text all the time. Sms and MMS
It is roped into our ATT plan.
The efficiency and convenience of automation integrations would be worth a subscription to me.
Job nimbus specifically, Automating tasks with text would be great! For customers apportionment
/ install date confirmation and for Subcontractors. We text multiple fence crews with material orders .pds, for vendors, project details, layouts and addresses.I would not be interested in marketing that way at this time.
Exciting to think of the possibilities.

We aren't currently using SMS for marketing, but we are using the Simplii integration and are setting up some automations using that. If you guys had a solution inside of Nimbus that we could use for both notifications and for marketing, we would be all over that!

The important point here is that the customer gets the text messages not team members. I want to be able to set up an automation and select a Text message template to go out. This would be very useful at multiple stages of the process and really save my co-workers a lot of time.

Currently there are only options to be notified in the Jobnimbus mobile app or via email. We don’t always have great service but could receive a text in the field. A Text notification service would be great and immediate notification of things happening in our Jobnimbus account.

By making a general mail box open up into the jobnimbus file so we can track our emails with the option of all team members or one team member. If you can attach emails to the files automatically you can add an email field that show you all you emails on the jobnimbus platform. Customers would LOVE IT.

Have an option for all calls and text go through jobnimbus. So all text and text responds automatically attach to there file by phone number. Whenever in coming or out going call the note screen pops up to remind you to make a note. That would save time because everyone forgets to open Jobnimbus on there phone. This would improve effecieny.

I have integrated with Ringcentral through Zapier and I send follow up or reminder with text messages, however the setup is not easy for daily use

We would really love to give our customers quick updates and reminders to their mobile phones through a text message. It would also be great if we could create these texting templates like we would for a document or an email, and have fields that can auto-poplulate with contact field information.

These says the companies want to provide best customer support and this is why they now provide the sms support options too because it is the easiest way to connect to the customers. I also have been thinking to get Slack sms for my own business and might go with the one available at very affordable cost at https://www.heymarket.com/slack/.

it would be great to be able to send a text from the website just like you can from the app. being that it is an option in the drop down list its odd that its not actually an option.

It would be extremely convenient if they had notification alerts pop up on the phone such as text messages do to remind us of the next task that is up! ITS A MUST HAVE!!!!!!!! That way you never forget and get alerts when you have to move onto your new task , it'll pop up as a text message kind of thing!
