The fastest way to get an attachment from your email into JobNimbus is to forward it to your @jobnimbusmail.com email address and tag it with the contact or job # (see the Email tab in your JobNimbus settings for more details).
You can also drag and drop from a saved file on your computer, but we will look into drag and drop from email services going forward as well.

You can create tasks directly from the calendar, which would allow you to see the calendar to a certain extent while creating that task, but it’s not ideal and we definitely want to do this.
Thanks for the suggestion!

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedOMG.... is this request SERIOUSLY from 4 years ago and ya'll STILL didn't make it happen????
An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedI'm honestly dumbfounded how JN doesn't have the most basis feature (Import via Excel) for Products & Services... What a sad day it is for me... I LITERALLY, have to spend my entire day today, adding the 100's of products and services I have... Unless you guys over there at JN can promise me a solution within 24 hours?
I have been developing websites for over 12 years. Trust me, it is possible, especially since you already have the framework.

This is a great example, thank you for sharing! We have many of these same ideas for improving our existing share feature and are working towards that.
Thank you so much for sticking with us and for providing these great suggestions. I’ll be sure the dev team gets this info and can work towards making it happen!
And we’ll see what we can do about getting you that award ????!
An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedHold onto that award and give it to your developers once they make it happen. :)

We want to officially support Change Orders soon, but in the meantime most JobNimbus customers are using Work Orders to manage this work.
As for folders, you can vote for that specific feature here: http://jobnimbus.uservoice.com/forums/136212-general/suggestions/6066331-folders-for-attachments
Alternatively, you can use File Types to act as “folders” for your attachments. You can manage your file types by going to Settings > File Types and setting different ones, essentially what would be “Folders”, and then you can use those “folder” names (or file types) to filter your Attachments list based on those “folders”. It actually works pretty well if you have it set up right.
