You couldn't have said it better. It's a very frustrating process. This was first asked on November 28, 2017 and will be in effect on December 15, 2020.... that's a little over 3 whole years.... 3 entire years. I think the worst part is that you will never see an admin comment whether is a good or bad idea or in the works, anything, they just ignore it, so your question remains factual, "why even have a uservoice section if you are not paying any attention to it?".

JOBNIMBUS -This was suggested December 2017, marked as viewed July 2019, and now implemented Dec 2020 (notified us by email) with no updates from you on this platform. Why even have a uservoice section if you are not paying any attention to it? Surely you can afford to hire one person to sift through all of these daily. I officially apply for the position (part time) as I already go through and try to help as I can now for free!

Yes! Would be great to able to attach company documents and photos to emails out of JN.

PLEASE!!! give us the ability to access Company Documents when emailing from a job/contact

Please get thid function working! Was this not a selling feature of this software? The workaround for this is more admin hours for staff and sales reps.

We need this!! It makes no sense to store Company Documents in Nimbus if there is no access from your Job!

You gotta make this happen! What's the point of having Documents that can not be shared to Contacts/Jobs!

This feature needs to be part of each contact ASAP and visible as a tab on the phone app.

All it is now at the moment is cloud storage! Add this ASAP!!!

This would be a helpful feature when sending estimates to include brochures and other legal docs, warranties, check lists... This is my first day getting acquainted and already I need this.

please add. If the goal is to keep people on the UI, companies should be able to email uploaded docs.

We have many documents uploaded into Nimbus, but we are unable to drag & drop or access them from individual contacts or jobs. What is the point of having the files saved in Job Nimbus if we can't access them to attached to a file or email to a client/contact as needed??

I don't understand why this isn't available...we spend alot of time loading documents into the Corporate Documents folder and can't email them directly? This is a must have. Thank you.

This feature seems like a no brainer

This would be a great feature to have. I have a document I email to our clients and it would be nice to not have to upload the document to each customers file.

Yes I agree this needs to be a feature that should be available. It would really help out our sales reps.
