How can we improve communication internally and with your customers?

SETTINGS OPTION: AUTO BCC EMAIL SENDER, AUTO BCC HIGH LEVEL ADMIN, REPLY ALL BY DEFAULT

  • Option to have the sent emails to have the sender bcc by default.

  • Option to have a high-level admin to be in bcc in emails

  • Option for a high-level admin to receive ALL email responses to avoid communication falls through gap
