    Agree.

    I would think using Activity Report the code will allow us to use the filter to sort "created by" which is email, and use a sorting "contains" the word "bounced".

    But I can see this is a lack of code situation.

    JN, your IT may want to check this out.

    JobNimbus already added a feature to add photo file (only), to each line item in a work order.

    We still need the feature to add pdf file.

    Agreed. Maybe like a corner "bucket" with a drop-down menu of TASK and TAGGED NOTES that has reminder and snooze options for easy access.
