(Contact #1234) Shouldnt be in the subject line of an email
(Contact #1234) Shouldnt be in the subject line of an email.
Instead, it should be more personal and should have the customers name.
"Jane Doe, Thank You for being our customer!!", Not CONTACT 1234, Thank You for being our customer.
__________Sent Estimate 1234 for you to SIGN
When sending an estimate, it should say "(Company Name) I.e. Joes Roofing, sent you Estimate 1234 for your review. In the bottom where it says to sign as well, that should also be eliminated. Its too aggressive.
I sent a mockup email to myself to test out what these emails look like when a customer receives them. Screenshots below. Sorry i had to write words with my mouse!

As of 10/31/23 this request has been completed. Emails no longer have the contact or job number in the subject line

The email subject line for automated emails shows the job/contact number. Add ability to edit this to avoid the emails seeming too robotic.

I understand why the contact number is included, but this makes the email look like spam. This may lead the customer to automatically junk the email, which gives us less of an opportunity to reach them via email. Is there any way it could be moved to the end of the subject line, or even included in the body of the email? It just doesn't look right. Thank you.

I understand the reasoning behind having the contact # ,but customers often view the email as spam because the contact ID is at the beginning of the subject line. Can it still be hard coded, but moved to the end of the subject line?

Hey! I think this is a template setting that you need to adjust.
Try going to your templates, and your email templates and change the subject line.
