Custom Phone Number Fields (Adjuster Phone Number) added in Phone Numbers in Native Field options
I know we all hate going through estimates to find adjusters phone numbers, I like to add the adjuster phone number in the custom field but in the current configuration there are several problems.
1: You need to use "text" option because you can't use number option especially if there's an extension, and then I needed to update this in my custom field and i deleted the field all together
2: If you add a phone number under the number or txt field type you can't click and call it like on the native field
How can I edit native fields?
In native fields You only have options to add mobile and work and then you run out of phone numbers; I would like to add and label adjuster phone number there. I think an easy fix would be to allow as many numbers as you like and allow us to name them as we like. Then we could add adjuster or inspector or any phone number in the native field and we could call them easy, however you would need to include a field for extension separately? Unless theres a better way you know to add a phone extension? Please fix this. Contacting adjusters is already a pain ********** and the least amount of resistance for getting to the correct phone number handy would help immensely.

1) How do we remove or hide default fields? We don't want multiple fields for a phone number. We just want to use the Main phone number. 2) How can we make a field (built-in or custom) required to be filled out when a new Contact is created?
Please put this on your roadmap, and broaden the scope of it to include industry standard functionality to allow customers to configure their own instance, including built in fields. Reason: not all JN customers are the same. Give us the flexibility to configure. Build a platform that is modern, scalable, and adaptable that abstracts the platform always from configuration.
