If an Engage phone number is assigned to a designated user, I would like to see that user next to their number. If I'm initiating a conversation as "X" salesman, I'd like to be able to select his number to initiate it so that is the number that will later be used for automated Texts that come from "X".
I have to keep a piece of paper at my desk right now but that doesn't help when I'm contacting a new prospect from my phone in the field or at home.
If I don't select the correct phone number, then the prospect gets automations from "X" salesman but different text numbers.
