    An option for company chat would be great. There are questions or conversations that are not related to any jobs and require a conversation on the side. A chat window where we could tag a particular person quickly would probably add value instead of using text messaging or email or phone call for a quick question. :)

    In all honesty, if you (JobNimbus) had a LIVE CHAT support feature on your website, it would not only help our your existing customer base and keep more people on board, but it would help increase your bottom line of converting more website visitors to paid subscribers.

    I need help through out the new processes and I loved the chat option other programs have so I can ask my question right away.
