  1. Read Receipts on Sent Texts

    Would like to see when a text message is Delivered vs Read. This helps us to avoid wasting time chasing leads that are ignoring our communication and lets us hold everyone accountable.

  4. Engage Display Names

    The ability to have multiple contacts with the same phone number and have Engage pull from the last contact created as the display name used.

  5. Conversations with contacts

    When I have multiple contacts with the same phone number I would like to be able to change the related contact. It always relates to the first contact, but I need to have it related to the contact that was most recently created.
