JobNimbus Email Forwarding Address
At present, it appears the Jobnimbus email can only forward to one email address. It would be nice if adding a comma after the first would allow our clients to add more than one email forwarding address.

Email Integration Chrome/Gmail/Outlook - Email from Own Domain
Email integration through an extension in Chrome/Gmail to allow emails to easily be attached to a contact by searching for the contact by name through means of a drop down menu button within the external email browser.
This would eliminate the need to forward emails by means of subject line editing and forwarding to the JN email. Our customer have expressed that are confused as to who the email is coming from when a few of our personnel are replying through JN--as these replies us the same JN email, not our individual email addresses.

Email Notifications within JobNimbus
JobNimbus is so great at handling emails to customers and their replies, that I'd love to bypass our own email service entirely. Going along with the ability to reply directly (as per another thread), it'd be great if there was a way to choose where you want to see emails.
One method might be that emails replied to and sent back to JN would show up like a task (or perhaps have their own Dashboard area) that could be customized (customer, job, subject, attachment icon, date/time, reply, assign (to another JN user) etc.
This could make managing the email funnel…

Email Signatures
This should be as easy as taking the contact information from the user and dropping HTML code to pull that info from the database. The user would have a checkbox option to include signature, which would be selected by default.
130 votesYou can use Email Templates to add signatures for each user when sending emails from either the Add Note feature or when sending automated emails.
Direct email signatures per user from their profile is still on our development list but this is a great workaround in the meantime.

Team Chat
Have onine chat system so I could chat with al my team contacts even if they are not in the office. Just like MSN or live chat on Facebook, it would be nice if I could chat with anyone online who is on my team or contacts list from the office/company. For example, my boss lives in Edmonton so if we were both logged in then we could chat live if we need anything or if we are working on a file at same time.
