  1. Text and Call automatically logged into Jobnimbus.

    Have an option for all calls and text go through jobnimbus. So all text and text responds automatically attach to there file by phone number. Whenever in coming or out going call the note screen pops up to remind you to make a note. That would save time because everyone forgets to open Jobnimbus on there phone. This would improve effecieny.

  2. Ability to type personal message when emailing invoices

    When we email an invoice through jobnimbus and the box pops up it does not give us the ability to type a personal message and send it. It only gives us the option to use a template email. Our team would like the ability to type a small personal message per customer.

  3. We need to be notified when email is received. We need to have the option for texting automation or texting from the desk top.

    We need to have the options of sending and receive texting via desk top. A lot of our customer preferred texting. Have the task text to you. For tracking email we should receive a text with a notification.

  4. Mass emails to entire customer base, or customize-able groups within the database.

    I used to work in car sales, and our CRM was a bit more complex than job nimbus, but at a higher cost for the dealership to use. That being said, the CRM admin/Internet Manager could send out mass emails using the existing customer database. They could send a mass email to the whole list, or pick out certain criteria for a targeted email blast.

    It would make JobNimbus a far stronger competitor if this could be incorporated into its abilities. In our case, we are a roofing company. If we could customize a mass email blast to target, for…

  5. E-Signature through email natively through JobNimbus

    This is our single most requested (and pain point!) item from a technical standpoint. It's 2019, virtually every CRM platform has the ability to offer E-Signatures through their platform to sign estimates.

    Having to ask clients to print and scan or take a picture of their signed estimate is terrible and bogs down the process. Not to mention comes across as unprofessional and behind the times in this day and age.

  6. Custom fields-Search bar

    Since we have custom fields like "Claim #", insurance company name, etc., it is currently not searchable using the JobNimbus search bar. We send emails using the claim number only as that is how they accept emails. When they reply I have no way of knowing which customer it is as there is no link to that customer file in email for review OR i cannot search it in our searchable bar on job nimbus by claim number or company it is with. Can this please be fixed?

  7. the ability to text customers and texting templates.

    We would really love to give our customers quick updates and reminders to their mobile phones through a text message. It would also be great if we could create these texting templates like we would for a document or an email, and have fields that can auto-poplulate with contact field information.

  8. Notifications Tab

    It would be awesome if there was a notification tab (maybe there is but I'm missing it?). Email and push is great but often I need to come back to a @mention or other notification later but can't. The notification tab would have all notifications with markers next to those that have yet to be checked.

  9. E signature/ In person by hand signature

    Please JN. When are you gonna add these options. Right now customers need to print out the contracts or proposals, sign and send back. We urgently need to have the option for the customer to e-sign electronically, or sign in person with finger if we want to seal the deal at the table.

    At this time your only option to sign is not professional. There are also fields that would need notes or text fields and it would be great to have that without having to always use third party options.

  10. Email sent from JN not looking professional

    Right now if I want to track emails to customers it has to be sent from within JN app. It would be great as one of the posts is suggesting to be able to send emails using our own native email account and still log it within JN.

    But if that’s not possible PLEASE PLEASE. It’s time you make the email templates easier to use and be able to add a nicer email signature. Right now no logo image can be added to the signature and only simple text.

  11. Sending email to customers "from" user's email/company instead of JN

    I'd like an option to use my own email and or company name as the sender on emails out to my customers. Because my customers don't know JobNimbus, they get confused. Would be a smoother process to have it come from me instead.

  12. Status of sent estimate emails (i.e. Opened..)

    Automation emails show if an email has been opened like so:

    "Status: Opened"

    Can this tracking feature be add to all emails sent though JobNimbus? Importantly, the sent estimate templates? This would be very helpful.

  14. track all texts from clients automatically

    I would love to be able to have all of my incoming texts from clients automatically logged to their file on JobNimbus. For my job, we are required to keep track of all communication with customers. The only way to track our text conversations are to screenshot the conversation and upload the picture to the CRM.

  16. Ability to Customize Email Heading

    I would really like the ability to change outgoing email headings to show my company name as the Heading my clients see. I continue to get many people say when they see the word JobNimbus they think it's junk mail and automatically put it in the trash without reading it.

  18. Ability to change font/font size when sending email

    While having the ability to send emails directly from JN is great; it would be even better if we could have the ability to change the font/font size when sending an email (without having to use templates).

    I know we can use our corporate email service to change the font/font size & then BCC to company@jobnimbusmail with [Job #1234] in subject. Doing this is a good workaround, however, it adds extra steps. I know it may seem very minute but we should be able to work with ease.

  19. JN not working on customer retention. Vote if you agree

    ’ve been using JobNimbus for two years and I’m becoming very frustrated at how slow they are handling the improvements to the software. Here we are all users begging and begging for many important basic features that we need to have and it doesn’t seem like Job Nimbus is even responding to comments, much less saying when those changes could be implemented. They are more focused on promoting their brand through our own emails that we sent to customers. True events around the country to bring more users but doing very little to retain the ones they already have. Some…

  20. Improved Share / Client Portal

    Hey team,

    What I'm about to show you is top secret information. :) Thank me later.

    JN is not the only CRM out there. But, I cancelled my other CRM because I love the simplicity of JN. Nevertheless, JN NEEDS to give the ability for us contractors to put a LOGIN section on our website to allow customers to login and view certain details about their projects.

    This is a great example, thank you for sharing! We have many of these same ideas for improving our existing share feature and are working towards that.
