The names are so short that we are stuck trying to create naming conventions that confuse our team. Need an option to have the full name of the Text Template visible or able to expand to view.

Custom Phone Number Fields (Adjuster Phone Number) added in Phone Numbers in Native Field options
I know we all hate going through estimates to find adjusters phone numbers, I like to add the adjuster phone number in the custom field but in the current configuration there are several problems.
1: You need to use "text" option because you can't use number option especially if there's an extension, and then I needed to update this in my custom field and i deleted the field all together
2: If you add a phone number under the number or txt field type you can't click and call it like on the native field

I would like the ability to name budgets.
I would like the ability to add a name to each budget. This will help us tremendously as sometimes we have multiple budgets for each job.

Add activity when call is placed from RingCentral on Desktop
Please carry over the feature within the Mobile App to the Desktop version of JN that automatically leaves a timestamp of the call with an option of leaving a note.

Attachments not attached when you forward an email
When you hit forward to other sender, attachment aren't being attach. Will be nice mostly to keep all thread in the same line.

Email reply & sent is confusing and on same line.
The email received and the reply is on the same line instead of being separate for a line or other. It's really complicated for recipient and sender to follow the thread. I

Bring Back Subject Tag
I used to utilize the subject tag when sending outbound emails via templates. Since it's gone, I've had to update all my email templates manually to include the subject tag (contact or job number) which has resolved that issue, but now if I attempt to send an email without a template, I have to manually input the subject tag in the subject line every time. Can you bring it back so that it's at least optional for those of us that enjoy the convenience it brought?

Verbiage for Text to Pay Errors
When attempting to send a "Text to Pay" to a customer, sometimes there is no response on the button or clicking it does nothing. We discovered that it wasn't sending a text because the phone number for the customer was set to a home phone and not mobile. It would be nice if some of that verbiage showed up instead of nothing showing.
