  1. Assign user to all contacts and jobs automatically

    As the master user, I'd like to be automatically assigned to all contacts and jobs. This would help customer's correspondence from going unseen and prevent communication gaps when a sales person leaves the company.

  2. "Add related contact to all notifications" and "Add related contact to all emails" option

    Some customers want their roommate/spouse/partner added to all communications related to their job. However, there is no way to add the related contact to all automated emails and notifications. There should be an option, when creating a related contact, to add them to all emails and/or notifications associated with that job.

  3. Add Insertable Template Fields for URLs for Customer and Job

    In email and text templates, the ability to insert template fields for customer and job URLs would be nice for sending internal communications to team members, so they can simply click the link to go straight to the job or customer from either their desktop or mobile app. This would save us time and make us rockstars

  4. Easier access to insurance/adjuster email address and claim number

    When sending a new email to insurance, it would be nice to be able to have the emails for adjuster and insurance as an option and not just the customer's email. It would also be helpful to be able to access the claim number maybe in a drop down for the subject line. Currently I have to have more than one tab open to copy and paste these bits of info

  8. AI agent for followup messaging

    I would love an AI agent built in or as a plug-in that follows an email or text thread with each of your customers, sees and reviews any new messages from the customer, drafts a suggested response from you, saves it as a draft, and sends you a pop up notification for you to review, edit, or approve the suggested response, and send it from the pop-up.

  9. Stop auto-logging signature info in photos

    The app is currently grabbing the *.jpgs from inbound email signatures, and possibly outbound, and including them in photos, which then destroys the photo record with all the junk.

  10. Modify Estimate Sent Notification Email to Sales Rep

    Estimate notification emails are currently indistinguishable between a signing request and the alert that it's been sent. It would be helpful if it was different enough that the Sales Rep or sender of the estimate don't attempt to sign it accidentally

  13. Option to Choose Caller ID for Calls and Texts in Engage

    Clients see different numbers when receiving calls vs. texts through Engage. He requests the ability to:

    Use either the user’s personal number or an alternate number for both calls and texts.

    Optionally select per-client whether to use a personal or masked number.
    This would improve consistency for clients and provide users control over their caller ID while maintaining privacy when needed.

  14. Ability to See Everyone's Feed

    As admins I feel like we should be able to see everyone's feed. For example, small or detailed excerpts when a sales person moved a job, created a job, sent an email. Also, if they left a note. Things like these should be visible to us admins on the Feeds tab.

  18. Customize Email when Sharing Job

    Currently when you click to share a job there's no way to customize the content of the email that gets sent with the share link, we would like to be able to customize this the same way you can edit other email templates.

  20. Default back to previous process

    We need a default to go back to the previous layout. This layout is not functional for what is needed. We do not need to see financials unless we need to see it -- we need to see all the pertinent info as before. If I need to get the mortgage info to call them I have to open up setting this is absolute ridiculous. My boss is having issues as well. Information is not in one place - we have to go to individual spots to get information this is an absolute mess. Please default or give the option…
