verify that an estimate email has been received and not bounced
Currently when we send emails, we can tell if they have been received and read. When we send estimates, we cannot see that information. We would like to be able to see the same information that we do for regular emails. We like to follow up as well but is sure nice to know that the email got sent to a real email address.

Larger Attachment Allowance for Emails
JobNimbus needs to have the ability to send emails with larger attachments. I could use at least 50MB file attachment limit for these docs, but honestly 100 would be better to be safe.
Gmail will only allow a 25MB attachment size limit to send emails. I am not sure what the size limitation on JobNimbus is, but I know it will not allow me to send anything over 25MB.
It's very annoying when I have a PDF document that comes in over that 25MB limit and I then have to edit the PDF and break it into 2 different docs....then…

automation replies go to unassigned
I know this is overlapping some things posted here already, but if an email/test is sent out via automation, if the sales rep hasn't already used the messaging feature to start communicating, the reply is sent to 'unassigned.' I'm told the only way to have this work properly is to rebuild all automations for each individual user, which is ridiculous. Having the replies be sent to the assigned sales rep would be really nice, so that they don't have to dig around in unassigned to try and find any responses to automations for their jobs.

ALERT pop up to flag accounts
We need a way to create a pop up alert to flag accounts. I've used a band aid solution of a status called DO NOT BOOK, but unfortunately this is not good enough. Other CRM platforms allows for a pop up when you open a file that you need a small amount of important information to be brought to the user's attention when they enter a file. Before starting to dig in and read the notes.

Give the customer a denial option!
There should be an option for the customer to decline the estimate if they decide to go that route because then we could set up an automation to exclude them from follow-up emails. I know as a consumer it's annoying when you tell a company no and they keep bothering you with emails (whether it be automated or not!) so having that as an option would be awesome!

Assign user to all contacts and jobs automatically
As the master user, I'd like to be automatically assigned to all contacts and jobs. This would help customer's correspondence from going unseen and prevent communication gaps when a sales person leaves the company.

"Add related contact to all notifications" and "Add related contact to all emails" option
Some customers want their roommate/spouse/partner added to all communications related to their job. However, there is no way to add the related contact to all automated emails and notifications. There should be an option, when creating a related contact, to add them to all emails and/or notifications associated with that job.

Add Insertable Template Fields for URLs for Customer and Job
In email and text templates, the ability to insert template fields for customer and job URLs would be nice for sending internal communications to team members, so they can simply click the link to go straight to the job or customer from either their desktop or mobile app. This would save us time and make us rockstars

Easier access to insurance/adjuster email address and claim number
When sending a new email to insurance, it would be nice to be able to have the emails for adjuster and insurance as an option and not just the customer's email. It would also be helpful to be able to access the claim number maybe in a drop down for the subject line. Currently I have to have more than one tab open to copy and paste these bits of info

AI agent for followup messaging
I would love an AI agent built in or as a plug-in that follows an email or text thread with each of your customers, sees and reviews any new messages from the customer, drafts a suggested response from you, saves it as a draft, and sends you a pop up notification for you to review, edit, or approve the suggested response, and send it from the pop-up.

Stop auto-logging signature info in photos
The app is currently grabbing the *.jpgs from inbound email signatures, and possibly outbound, and including them in photos, which then destroys the photo record with all the junk.

Modify Estimate Sent Notification Email to Sales Rep
Estimate notification emails are currently indistinguishable between a signing request and the alert that it's been sent. It would be helpful if it was different enough that the Sales Rep or sender of the estimate don't attempt to sign it accidentally
