We've used Acculynx for the last 9 years and are finally switching!
I am currently integrating and setting up our business in Job Nimbus.Products & Services (Material & Labor Items):
Love how I can sync a CSV file or Google Sheet to QBO, and again sync QBO to Job Nimbus to continuously populate new pricing. This is huge with how crazy our industry has felt the burden of constant price increases from our suppliers.

Section Totals showing internally
We are struggling with some of the features and how it is presenting totals. For example, we have an estimate that has roofing and siding, we can get grand totals of the sections, and grand total of the estimate with labor and material split out, but we are not able to get a quick sum of cost by section, essentially wanting a quick look at what is the material + labor cost for the roofing versus the siding.

Be able to have a color in section titles in estimates
It would make the estimate easier to read if we could color in the sections rather than just a gray color and would help just make them stand out to indicate its a section.

Ability to lock estimate pricing
Have the ability to lock certain estimates templates so that the prices cannot be changed. This would ensure salesmen do not have ability to change the price. Also, provide the ability to be able to assign estimates templates to certain reps.

Able to Add Total Labor and Total Materials as Invoice Report Column Option
Include the total labor cost and total material cost in an invoice report as a column option. When I run a weekly or monthly invoice report, I can see the total invoice price and the total costs as line items, but really need to see the total material and total labor breakdown also. It shows on the invoice -- just want to add it as a column option, exactly like Total, Total Cost, Total Paid, Balance, etc options

Hide amounts or not to hide amounts, or items
I want to be able to hide or not hide items individually within a section.
i.e.
I am bidding to add lighting in a horse barn/arena. I don't want them getting lost in the involved items but I want them to see I am charging them for 14 fixtures and then I would also be able to have the direct attached image instead of adding an image attachment separately.

More Cost Options
Would like option to add an Overhead line item to the estimate. Current Estimate Template has option for Material & Labor; would like to have a separate line for Overhead.

Ability to use template custom fields in line items
Like template fields on an estimate, it would be great to be able to use fields that auto populate in the line items of an estimate that can draw data from a contact field. This would be helpful for repeated estimates that need the same/similar data.

Formula section for Estimates
I think we need a section that allows us to be able to create simple formulas with the estimate lines. For example: My team uses Hover for a siding estimate. They enter the linear feet of trim that hover displays for "Outside Corners" and it is in a "James Hardie Template". The formula I would need to write is: Outside Corner Linear Feet * .05 (round up) / 12 (12' is the length of the trim for James Hardie)
Don’t get hung up on Hover. We don’t always need a hover, but having that capability to convert a line item…

Set expiration date for estimates
We want to be able to set estimates to expire after a certain time frame.

Section total at the bottom of the section
Currently when we put a new section on the estimate it shows the total for that section at the top. I would like the option to show the section total at the bottom of the section.

Custom Totals in estimates
Currently entering in line items and prices it adds up a total on the lower right. At times, we may not want to add prices to line items and just input a custom grand total. It would be nice to not have to input prices in the line items, or sections totals, and just be able to type a grand total into the sub total and total at the bottom of the estimate.

Add logos of credit card companies to Invoice templates
Ability to insert photos into invoice templates such as "Amex" or "Visa" so customers know we accept these types of credit card payments

Page breaks on estimates or invoices
Right now if there are too many items or long item descriptions on an estimate or invoice then the page break cuts off some of the information and makes it difficult for contacts to read. We need that ability to insert page breaks to avoid this.

Estimate Status change from draft to sent; then sent to approved automatically.
The system will not automatically change to sent if you request a signer, and it will not automatically change to approved once the signature status is fully signed.

Ability to hide line item price and still show section totals.
On estimates, it would be great to have the ability to hide the price of line items and still show section totals without revealing the price of the item. Currently you can remove the Show Amount Column in template settings but then it won't show section totals even when the check box for show section totals is turned on in the template.

Automated Estimate/proposals
It would be useful when creating an estimate, to have the ability to enter in product's width and length and have it automatically calculate how much of the product will be used, along with hrs. it will take to complete said project.

Can there be a custom contact field that pulls from estimate and invoice totals (subtotal, section total, etc.)?

Rounding in Estimates / Invoices
It would be great to be able to have line items round to the nearest dollar or $5 increment. OR have the ability to have Sections round to the nearest dollar increment that is chosen in settings.
