Profit Tracker Item Descriptions for Imported Items
Wanted: the ability to add descriptions to items pulled from Work Orders and Material Orders in the Profit Tracker to more easily differentiate which items are which.
In the Profit Tracker you can now import work orders and material orders - which is great, but there are some limitations that I am not liking. Easier to Include Company as Default Signer on NSE Estimates
In legacy estimates, we could easily add a company representative to sign the contracts. My attorney tells me our contracts are not valid unless both parties sign. Please make it easy to add the sales rep or company owner, etc, to the list of signers, with the ability to sign from within JN. Even better would be if the company representative can automatically have their signatures added to the contracts.

Clarity on where Templates are being built and used
There is some confusion on the phrasing of 'Template' when it comes to the Estimates and Material Orders in NSE.
Since the Estimate Layouts have Estimate Templates, and then the Estimate Templates can be applied to Material Orders, they'd like to have some wording updated so that they know where and when they can use the 'Templates' built

Custom Page with Photo Attachments in NSE
Currently the only way to attach photos to NSE estimates is via the inspection page. Would be great if we could add them on a custom page as well, like how we can add pdfs to additional pages.

Additional Item Types for Products & Services
Currently you can only identify a product or service as 'labor' or 'material'. This makes it difficult to accurately job cost when we have to include other items/services in our estimates and jobs such as equipment rentals, disposal fees, permits, and other administrative/miscellaneous costs that don't necessarily fall under 'labor' or 'materials'. It would be nice to be able to categorize those items accordingly so we can accurately budget for these items.
Additional item types could include:
Equipment
Disposal
Other (this would be for any other product or service that doesn't fall under labor, material, or the two listed above)5 votes -
Customize the Estimate Detail Page
It would be great if we could customize the estimate detail pages with things like logos or designs. Even a basic PDF page that acts as the background for the line items would be good. That way when we customize the pages we could make them all uniform. This would go for other pages to like the Auth page.

Custom Fees per Invoice
Right now the credit card fee handling is the same for all customers, but for some customers we want to cut a deal, so we would like to remove the fees easily for one customer or invoice

If you set it to only go off of Margin, then the system should only calculate off of Margin.
Currently, the NSE estimate system adjusts the margin percentage automatically based on a couple of different things. 1. The price set of the product in Products & Services. 2. The markup percentage on that product, even though it's set to only go off of Margin. This will throw off the margin and even go below the set margin minimum, which can lead to loss of business if not noticed, and the estimate is sent off without notice. Allowing a manually logged payment to apply to a specific split payment in an invoice
Currently, if you log a payment manually and apply it to an invoice that has scheduled payments at different stages or progress through a job, you can select which split payment to apply it to. On the invoice, it will remove the split payment name of "deposit," for example, and only say "payment" with the date. Overall, it looks kind of rough and confused for a customer, especially since the customer has access to this invoice.

Have Classic Reports for Estimates route you the NSE Layout not the Legacy Layout
Customer would like to be able to use the reports to route to the NSE Estimate instead of routing to the Legacy Estimate when clicking the link provided in the reports.
Currently links in Estimate Reports takes you to the Legacy layout for the estimate and if you choose to edit it takes you to edit in the legacy settings. It would be helpful to route to the NSE settings for consistency in the settings.

Profit Tracker in-depth breakdowns
Profit tracker gives you a data table or graph, quite often, to represent the data pulled from different profit trackers on the jobs themselves. If you could click on a specific data field in the profit tracker insights page and see a breakdown, or even simply a link that will take you directly to the job the data is associated would save so much time when browsing the data and checking and validating that it is legit.

Ability to relate multiple jobs to one profit tracker report (specifically for actual revenue)
I'm a fence contractor and often have to split quotes out based on one or more neighbors contributions.
To do this, We create separate "Jobs" for each customer and they all have their own paper trail.
However, for Work orders, Materials, and Budgets, we use on master "Job" and manually enter the information.
With Budgets going away, we are going to lose a way to track these projects.
Being able to link multiple jobs to one profit tracker would be very helpful. Or the ability to manually enter payments would be helpful also.
Splitting jobs between neighbors is very specific…

Add "Roof Load" to Delivery Options on Material Orders (QXO/Beacon)
Most of our jobs (around 90%) require materials to be loaded directly onto the roof. Currently, the Shipping Method dropdown only includes “PICKUP” and “GROUND DROP.” We're forced to manually type "Please ROOFLOAD" into the Note to Supplier field, which risks being forgotten and could result in incorrect delivery.
We’d like “ROOF LOAD” added as a selectable Shipping Method so it can be consistently applied and communicated to suppliers. This option is already available when ordering through QXO, so we hope it can be added similarly in JobNimbus.

New Sales Experience Estimates with Financing Options in "Months"
Currently when inputting a custom financing option from estimate settings, the system will only let me choose years. This is problematic because if I offer 18 month financing, I'd have to input 1.5 years, but the system won't accept decimal points. So having the option of including "months" instead of "years" would be good for offering that kind of financing if decimals cannot be included (18 months instead of 1.5 years)

Show Materials Listed w/ Quantities for Better/Best options
Right now when someone chooses the better or best option, we can only see materials listed with no quantities. It does not show us the amount of materials listed on the ordering section once the contract has been signed as they selected one of the options that includes everything from the previous selection (good, better, best).
