sales tax
I would like for the selected tax rate to be able to be automatically selected in an invoice. We have missed collecting on taxes because that selection gets forgotten. Or have it selected by customer. Maybe make it a required selection when creating a job.

Profit Tracker Item Descriptions for Imported Items
Wanted: the ability to add descriptions to items pulled from Work Orders and Material Orders in the Profit Tracker to more easily differentiate which items are which.
In the Profit Tracker you can now import work orders and material orders - which is great, but there are some limitations that I am not liking. Only sync QuickBooks summary data over to JobNimbus per job/contact (ie: totals for invoices, amount due, payments)
Request:
We want the ability see SOME invoice info (without the entire invoice syncing over) such as:
Total Amount of all invoices per job/contact
Amount Due of all invoices per job/contactThis request applies in the same way for payments syncing over such as syncing over only the Total Amount Paid per job/contact.
Reason for need:
Invoices do not sync over correctly from QuickBooks because JobNimbus doesn't allow line items with no "Item Name" /"Product/service" selected. We need to be able to have line items that are purely descriptive with no price. This requires a "Product/service" NOT to be selected.…5 votes -
Receive notification and keep log when an estimate has been opened by customer
In the legacy estimates there was a log of each time an estimate had been opened by the receiving party. In the new estimates that is not available

Quick select for Estimates
On same menu bar as Home/ contacts/jobs etc, for estimates/quotes when a customer is requesting a price but there is no confirmation on a job yet and no need to create the file.

CC email feature for web version. As of now only the mobile version features Carbon Copying.
Currently only the mobile version allows you to CC multiple email addresses to the email.

Show Revenue as Pre-Tax in Profit Tracker
Revenue in profit tracker is showed with sales tax included. Revenue should show the pre-tax amount, or at least give us the option to remove the sales tax from revenue.

Approved estimates to invoices
Once an estimate is approved and we convert it to an invoice don't show the sections that were hidden in the estimate. Whatever was showing in the estimate should show up the same on the invoice.

Estimate Numbers to Show on Estimate
We send multiple estimates to general contractors and estimate numbers are an easily identifiable way to track them rather than a long name.
GIVE AN OPTION TO HAVE ESTIMATE NUMBERS VISIBLE ON THE ESTIMATE. We want to see the estimate number and so do our clients. Option for Estimates to Sync with QBO upon creation AND be able to edit Estimate numbers MANUALLY
Right now, when we create an estimate in JN it does not automatically sync to QuickBooks until it has been ‘approved’, or the status has been changed to ‘sent’. This is causing an issue because the estimate number is not recording in QuickBooks upon creation of the estimates. If an estimate is then created in QuickBooks either by mistake or for any other valid reason, the estimate numbers become duplicated. When this duplicate estimate number occurs, my JN estimate will no longer transfer to QB because there is a confliction of duplicate estimate numbers.

Allow Supplemental Items on NSE Estimates
Allow Supplemental items to be listed in the estimate but have a feature to toggle the price of the line item on and off. That way they can be listed out on the estimate and then turned on and off based on what is approved from the insurance company. Currently I have to list them in my estimate but change the price individually to $0.00 until they approved and then I have to go change them back to the price when approved.

Automatically Create Invoice from Signed Estimate or Job Status Change
I would like the ability to have an estimate automatically convert to an invoice once it has been fully signed or have an invoice created once the job changes status (example: to "Estimate Signed").

Get Payment Link Button
Right now you can only generate this link to JobNimbus Payments if you have Job Nimbus Engage on the Invoice Window. Add a button to simply copy the payment link you are already generating in the Payment Request Template.
This will enable anyone in collections departments to be able to:
-Paste the link anywhere, including their own text message channels
-Send the link outside of Job Nimbus Engage
-Not force us to use this weird work around to extract us
