Be able to recover deleted photos and see any activities related to photos in the activity report (e.g. who deleted a specific photo).

Track COIs - Vendor/Contractors Certificates of Insurance
Tracking subs COIs, Certificates of Insurance, is a timely, but necessary part of contracting. It would be incredibly helpful to have this an option for all of us. I know that other CRMs allow for it.

Change Photo Resolution/Size Options
When adding photos to Work Orders or Estimates, we are limited to one image size. Sometimes it would be helpful to be able to have a better/larger image to support the documentation on the project. Would it be possible to allow for a selection of small, medium or large photo sizes to attach to our work orders and estiamtes?

moving multiple photos
I'd like to be able to move multiple photos from one contact/job to another. This would be helpful in cases where there are 40-50 pictures taken in the wrong contact/job. otherwise I have to pull them from the contact/job drag and drop them to the desk top then enter them to the correct contact/job. Most times they show up so small that you can't see them or they are javascript. Same for pulling pictures to email they are super small.

I would like to be able to request two signatures on a document so both homeowners can sign it.

I need to be able to edit a form from pc once it is submitted
I think a Form should be able to be filled out from the web browser (PC) not just the app. also it would be nice if once its submitted you can go back in and edit it, we don't always get all the photos and information at the same time so we would then need to go back and edit to add information.

Ability to Archive Old Versions of Company Documents
It's inevitable that Company Documents need updating. Currently, it's not possible to delete or archive old versions of documents that have been used before so it can get confusing to our employees which are the current versions

Edit documents if they haven't been signed yet
Often I will send off a document to be signed and it will need to be slightly corrected in some way and resent. If no one has signed it yet, I should be able to edit it and resend it for signatures. Instead, right now, I have to create a new document, make the change and then send it out for signatures again. This clutters up the documents because you also aren't able to cancel/delete a document that has been sent for signatures, even if it hasn't been signed.

Ability to Hide Documents or Photos That Are Not Relevant
Estimate & Invoice Example -- If we send out 3 estimates/invoices for one job and they only sign one, all estimates show in the documents tab without indication of which one is the signed version. Currently, the only way to determine the valid estimate or invoice is to go back to the financials tab and find the Fully Signed estimate number, then go back to the documents tab and match that to the number in the documents tab. Signature Type for Forms
It would be helpful if one of the type of elements in forms was a signature capture field. We currently use a paper job completion form where the customer and sales rep sign after doing the final walk-around at the end of the job. Rep verifies he inspected job and brief customer on warranty and other items, and customer signs buyoff. This feature would allow reps to upload signed forms into the job.

Drop down menu on document templates
When creating a document, it would be helpful to be able to insert a drop down menu to use in certain areas of the template for different options depending on items being mentioned.

Template Questions- Make boolean default to "No" if left unchecked
When using template questions and selecting a boolean check box for yes or no, currently if left unchecked it is just blank. User would like it to default to "no" if left unchecked.

Ability to add custom columns to Templates
Specifically we need a column on our Materials Order template for the material source (i.e. Beacon, Shop, ABC, etc) but I can think of many more examples where this would be useful.

Multiple photo issues after update
- Photo viewing not working on iPad Pro. The pictures do not load full screen, they only load in the side view one at a time.
- You cannot scroll through pictures on iPhone or iPad (not working entirely on iPad), you have to click one at a time and close out of each individual picture. This is very cumbersome and breaks the flow of client meetings.
- Multiple photo batch uploading from camera roll in the field not working. This results in not being able to review photos with JN with the client on site.

open documents in new window
Instead of documents opening within the same window, open them as a new window(or tab) within the web browser. As it currently stands when you open a document, measurements for an example, it opens within the same tab. This method only allows one document to be viewed at a time. If the document were to open in a new tab within the browser we could easily have multiple documents open at one time. Photo/document sorting and photo/document page controls
We typically have a lot of photos for our jobs. I would love to have the ability to have controls on both the bottom and the top of the photo/document pages. Also, the option to sort from oldest to newest would be great.
In short:
The ability to reverse sort photos from oldest to newest.
