  1. Attach Videos to Email Templates

    The ability to embed a video in an email template so that when a contact is moved to a specific status, we can create an automation to send the customer an email with a video attached (i.e. more personal thank-you)

  2. Link documents in Job Nimbus to an external folder

    Please add full bi-directional integration of all documents and pictures with Google Drive, Dropbox, or Windows file structure at the job level. This would allow us to have a full backup of all job documents regardless where they reside without the requirement to constantly duplicate the data either there or in our company files.

  3. add a video onto the estimates/ Inspection report

    Would be nice to have the ability to upload videos and attach them to the proposals/estimates for those of us that perform video reports.

  10. Allow for eSign by customers

    SImply allow a customer to eSign a document (e.g. estimate) without my having to travel back to their location so they can do it on my device. Customers want to think it over, discuss with their spouse, etc.

  11. Doc preview when attaching to email

    Would like to have the ability preview a document when selecting to attached to an email sent directly from the Contact. Specifically and Estimate. The thumbnail is too small. I realize each estimate has its own number, but when we update or resend we don't always remember the number of a specific estimate when there are multiple.

  12. Update template fonts to match standard font sizes

    Currently, the font sizes in templates do not match standard font sizes. This can cause issues with laws for estimates/contracts needing to be a specific size to be legally binding.

  13. Add Image Resizing/Reformatting in Forms

    The Forms feature is essentially useless for damage inspections because when taking multiple photos they are all lined up vertically and shrunk to a tiny size to fit ONE page. Because of this, I can't create a template for damage inspections which was one of the main reasons we went with this software in the first place.

  14. Cancel/Void Signature Request

    I requested a signature on a document and need to cancel/void that document before the customer signs, as there was some inaccurate information there. I changed the status to 'Canceled', but the customer could still sign it and this could put me in a legal battle. I would like a way to cancel signature requests and/or make the signature link invalid for instances like this.

  16. Edit documents if they haven't been signed yet

    Often I will send off a document to be signed and it will need to be slightly corrected in some way and resent. If no one has signed it yet, I should be able to edit it and resend it for signatures. Instead, right now, I have to create a new document, make the change and then send it out for signatures again. This clutters up the documents because you also aren't able to cancel/delete a document that has been sent for signatures, even if it hasn't been signed.

  17. Auto updating pricing on templates

    Automatically update prices in templates after updating prices in "Products and Services" under settings. We use templates a lot for quotes, ordering and estimates. It would be nice that after we update the price in "Product and Services" we can Click a button in the "edit template area" to update all the items that are linked to the "Products and Services" page. We have about 30 template estimates and updating multiple every time a price change happens in almost a full time job for several days.   18. Add form to Contact/Job from the web browser version of JobNimbus

    We'd like to be able to add a form to a Contact/Job from the web browser version of JobNimbus so that the form already exists on the said Contact/Job before the sales rep goes onsite to fill it out.

  20. Document Status changes with signature status

    There used to be a "Signed" status for documents, but now that's gone and the signature status column seems to have replaced it. The problem is that the signature status can be fully signed, while the document status remains as a draft. I think the document status should relate to the signature status, or the document status should be removed altogether.
