Name Documents, Estimates, etc.
When creating documents from templates (and estimates,) each document is given a doc number. There is no way to name the document and it displays as "Document #" which hampers easy recognition of file(s.)

Ability to upload photos for Proposal Cover
Proposals currently have a few stock photos to choose from for the proposal cover page. Most are roofing photos, so none really make sense for our jobs. I would like the ability to upload our own photos to use as the cover page of the proposal. We could take a picture of our customer's home/job and use that vs a stock photo.

Attach a "Company Document" onto a document template
ok guys, are you ready for the next big thing? Another billion dollar idea? So the document feature is almost perfect, but we need to have access to attaching a "Company Document" to a "document" we create from a template. I created some cool PDF's from illustrator to bolster up the template look, you know, eye candy for the clients, but in order to hook the pdf to the newly created document, the pdf must first be downloaded from the "company documents" to my computer, then uploaded to the individual contact, then create document, then connect. Ability to add attachments to email templates
Whenever we email out an estimate, we would love to be able to send some attachments with it about our company, etc. Currently, we are not allowed to add an attachment when clicking "email estimate". We also have an automation that sends an email, but there is no option to add an attachment to email templates.

Rename Photos Within JobNimbus
Logo would like to have the option to change the name of their photos, when they're synced into JobNimbus. For example.: When Company Cam's photos are synced, they have a very long name and it would be nice to change that..

The ability to organize company documents into subsections
We have so many company documents and every time we are looking for a specific document we have to scroll through and try to interpret the file name as to which document it is. It would be nice if we could save and moved these company documents into subfiles we can edit. For example I can have a subfile for state building codes, the various manufactures installation and technical bulletins such as CT, OC, GAF, Iko, Elk, Celotex Malarky and Atlas ect. Inside those subfiles we can apply others in forms either by file type like brochures, tech bulletins, installation…

Access all of documents photos related to the contact in a job
We have clients that will send us an email with photo attachments. the settings will allow the attachments to save to the photos or documents tabs related to the client, but not the job. Then we create the estimate in a job (because our clients tend to have multiple projects, unrelated to each other), but have to re-upload those exact same photos to the job to attach them to he estimates.
I'd like to be able to access any photo related to that client, within the job. But specifically with the estimates, as well.

Organize Documents
It would be nice if there was a way to alphabetize Documents or have a folder option. Currently, the most recent document uploaded is on top and you have to search through pages and pages to find a document that might have been uploaded 2 months ago. Alternatively, if they could be dropped into folders that would be another organizational tool. Ideally, we want to store all our job-related docs in JN but right now are using SharePoint as a back-up where docs can be alpha and organized into folders.

Ability to Move Signatures to separate places on documents
Wants the ability to be able to place separate signatures in different places on documents rather than just having them in one central location.

uploading multiple photos nimbus auto names most photos the same name
, so when downloading to pc it only downloads 5 pics out of 80, huge time waster to name 80 photos when uploading, and downloading. thinking of quitting nimbus on this alone.

Checking off items on a Work Order
People who are assigned to a Work Order should be able to check line items off as they are completed. Admins can then see at a glance what has been completed and what still needs to be finished.

Convert Photos to Documents
It would be nice if I could save photos as a document, or somehow get photos to show up on the documents tab, for example if I take a photo of each page of an insurance agreement, I want that to show up in documents.
