Ability to upload photos for Proposal Cover
Proposals currently have a few stock photos to choose from for the proposal cover page. Most are roofing photos, so none really make sense for our jobs. I would like the ability to upload our own photos to use as the cover page of the proposal. We could take a picture of our customer's home/job and use that vs a stock photo.

Attach a "Company Document" onto a document template
ok guys, are you ready for the next big thing? Another billion dollar idea? So the document feature is almost perfect, but we need to have access to attaching a "Company Document" to a "document" we create from a template. I created some cool PDF's from illustrator to bolster up the template look, you know, eye candy for the clients, but in order to hook the pdf to the newly created document, the pdf must first be downloaded from the "company documents" to my computer, then uploaded to the individual contact, then create document, then connect. Ability to Move Signatures to separate places on documents
Wants the ability to be able to place separate signatures in different places on documents rather than just having them in one central location.

Photo/document sorting and photo/document page controls
We typically have a lot of photos for our jobs. I would love to have the ability to have controls on both the bottom and the top of the photo/document pages. Also, the option to sort from oldest to newest would be great.

The ability to organize company documents into subsections
We have so many company documents and every time we are looking for a specific document we have to scroll through and try to interpret the file name as to which document it is. It would be nice if we could save and moved these company documents into subfiles we can edit. For example I can have a subfile for state building codes, the various manufactures installation and technical bulletins such as CT, OC, GAF, Iko, Elk, Celotex Malarky and Atlas ect. Inside those subfiles we can apply others in forms either by file type like brochures, tech bulletins, installation…

Add more invoice template options or allow more formatting options.
There are currently only two options for invoice templates. There is very little customization for the formatting. It would be nice to add or remove items such as company logo and document title, or allow the use of a letterhead in the header. The ability to change margin size would also be helpful to eliminate the chance of a blank second page in the PDF.

Need to be able to alter table borders, settings, widths, etc after creating a document template. Currently have to edit in HTML or create new table and move data and delete old table

Form Formatting and Emailing
When downloading forms, I would like them to be better formatted to the page and have smaller margins instead of looking like a screenshot of the form itself.
I would also like it if, when you create a form, you could send it directly to the customer from there, and have the form appear under documents.
I would also like if, when composing an email, you could attach a form to the email.

Checking off items on a Work Order
People who are assigned to a Work Order should be able to check line items off as they are completed. Admins can then see at a glance what has been completed and what still needs to be finished.

Convert Photos to Documents
It would be nice if I could save photos as a document, or somehow get photos to show up on the documents tab, for example if I take a photo of each page of an insurance agreement, I want that to show up in documents.

Access all of documents photos related to the contact in a job
We have clients that will send us an email with photo attachments. the settings will allow the attachments to save to the photos or documents tabs related to the client, but not the job. Then we create the estimate in a job (because our clients tend to have multiple projects, unrelated to each other), but have to re-upload those exact same photos to the job to attach them to he estimates.
I'd like to be able to access any photo related to that client, within the job. But specifically with the estimates, as well.

Folder creation from Job/contact documents
Creating folders within the documents tab of a record could be helpful to locate certain documents faster.
