Drag and Drop Attachments from Email
When uploading a file from an outside service email provider, it would be nice to upload the file by dragging it from the email and dropping it in JN. It is time consuming to download and upload again each file. Quickbooks online has this feature for uploading files and it works great with our Google email system.
17 votesThe fastest way to get an attachment from your email into JobNimbus is to forward it to your @jobnimbusmail.com email address and tag it with the contact or job # (see the Email tab in your JobNimbus settings for more details).
You can also drag and drop from a saved file on your computer, but we will look into drag and drop from email services going forward as well.

Ability to delete or hide company documents that are associated with active records.
Right now you get an error if you try to delete a document if it's been used in an email. We should be able to delete or hide those if they are outdated.

Ability to access naturalForms from JobNimbus web app
It would be really helpful to edit naturalForms documents from JobNimbus online. After filling out a form from Jobnimbus app with naturalForms, there is no way to edit the form except to go directly to NaturalForms to do the editing. That is not really efficient to have to bounce through multiple apps to get a form edited especially when you are with a client and have to sign in again to naturalForms and get the info.

Subcontractors can upload photos to JN
Our field requires pre-job, in-progress, and completion photos. Since we deal daily with subcontractors, it would be great if they can send photos to the job in JN directly, without a user having to transfer the photos that subs send by text or email and download and upload and erase from our download folders. Time consuming and not efficient.

The window is terrible because you can't copy any text from the PDF. If we could change that it would be great.

Able to delete multiple files in the attachments at one time
Able to delete multiple files in the attachments at one time. Having to individually delete things is a horrible use of my time.

Save Checkbox State on Templates
I have checkboxes in some documents and they are not working when you check them, then create the document over the PDF. The boxes go back to being 'unchecked' after you save because the selection isn't being stored in the database.

Improved Photo Viewer (Mobile & Web)
The photo upload functionality is great, but it seems kind of silly to not allow a viewer to click through photos without exiting the currently viewed photo.

Separate photos from Documents in Access Profiles
I would like to be able to allow access to see photos, but not documents. For example, if I want someone to be able to see photos of a project, but not be able to see insurance estimates, product invoices, or contracts.
Photos really are separate, and have different levels of sensitivity than actual documents.

Name Documents, Estimates, etc.
When creating documents from templates (and estimates,) each document is given a doc number. There is no way to name the document and it displays as "Document #" which hampers easy recognition of file(s.)

Create a report from forms
I would like to be able to create a consolidated report from the information gathered on the form when we do a roof inspection. Maybe I would use it with my estimate or attach it to my work order.

Access all of documents photos related to the contact in a job
We have clients that will send us an email with photo attachments. the settings will allow the attachments to save to the photos or documents tabs related to the client, but not the job. Then we create the estimate in a job (because our clients tend to have multiple projects, unrelated to each other), but have to re-upload those exact same photos to the job to attach them to he estimates.
I'd like to be able to access any photo related to that client, within the job. But specifically with the estimates, as well.

Make Form drafts visible to office
If a sales rep is unable to complete a check list form and saves it as a draft, it would be great to make the draft visible to the office. Currently we cannot see it in the draft stage until that check list is complete, problem also is if they save it then they cannot go back to edit it.

Attach a "Company Document" onto a document template
ok guys, are you ready for the next big thing? Another billion dollar idea? So the document feature is almost perfect, but we need to have access to attaching a "Company Document" to a "document" we create from a template. I created some cool PDF's from illustrator to bolster up the template look, you know, eye candy for the clients, but in order to hook the pdf to the newly created document, the pdf must first be downloaded from the "company documents" to my computer, then uploaded to the individual contact, then create document, then connect. Ability to add attachments to email templates
Whenever we email out an estimate, we would love to be able to send some attachments with it about our company, etc. Currently, we are not allowed to add an attachment when clicking "email estimate". We also have an automation that sends an email, but there is no option to add an attachment to email templates.
