Attach files in document to emails
Allow documents stored here to be attached to emails to contacts. Currently they must be downloaded and then uploaded to be attached to an individual file.

Rotate Attachments
Be able to rotate the pictures/documents if necessary and save it without having to delete the pictures/documents and re-upload them again.

Moving the Signature Area
It would be very helpful if we could move the signature area to the very bottom of estimates. We are currently not able to move the signature area in estimate templates. Documents would look more presentable if we could move the signature line to where we want it to be.

Ability to select email template when sending document for signature
Currently there is no way to add an email message when sending a signature request. It requires me to email the customer with a heads up that they are going to be receiving a signature request and it takes extra time.

PDF Editor
I would love to have a built-in PDF editor so we can pull up our company documents and edit them within JobNimbus, then save a copy to the contact. We have explored NaturalForms and it doesn't fit exactly what we need. Maybe an integration with DocHub or something similar would work? Currently our guys are downloading the documents, filling them out then uploading the new copy to the appropriate contact, which is inefficient.

Improved naturalForms Integration (2 way data sync)
I'd like to be able to use information gathered in forms from NaturalForms, meaning suck it back in so that info is now in JobNimbus, not just on a PDF attached to the customer in JobNimbus.
Pull in data from the information added to a naturalForms document.

Edit pictures
We need the ability to edit pictures within JN. It would be nice to be able to add text, circle things, point to things, draw on it, etc. We could then send those to the crew, repair man, customer, etc.

Grid layout for photos
Currently the vertical layout works, but a photo grid would be much better.
We tend to take about a hundred or more pictures just for inspections. This amount of pictures in the current vertical layout limits the amount of photos you can view at one time and artificially stretches the page.
There seems to be well enough room for a grid layout if the information about the photo is limited to the file name uploader name and the date uploaded. If a description is entered, it should pop up when the picture is clicked on.This same organization would be…

Add company documents to customer documents
When creating a document for a customer, such as a contract, we like to add a product brochure or maybe a detail drawing. To do this now, we have to save it on our computer and upload it to the customer as an attachment every time. I created a document type called product brochures. If I could even just make certain types available to include in a document that would be helpful.

Customize the email "You have a document to sign"
The email that prompts the customer to sign the document, it would be great to change the subject line header and the brief email content that is displayed.

Photo arrangement in documents
When using the photos attachment option in templates you can not chose the order in which the photos will appear on the page it is random. I would like the ability to pick and choose which the ordering of photos when attaching them.

Ability to Rearrange Photos Within Documents
All of us at the office really hate how you are unable to move photos around when creating a document and also when selecting photos for document they are in no kind of order at all and it is hard to decipher which pictures are new or old.

Advanced Forms Options
Some more options with forms would be very nice. I'd like to be able to share a link to forms that I can send my contacts so they can fill the form out. I'd also like to be able to print or download forms, both empty ones and submitted ones. There should also be some option to edit or update a form once it's been filled out.

Improve picture Quality/Size
We are solar installers as well as roofers. We are a VERY big market that JN could capitalize on. The picture quality from the compression of JN makes many of the pictures illegible and therefore useless. In solar, we need pictures where small labels on breakers, wire etc. must be readable. Very frustrating to be required to go back to a job and tell your techs "NOT" to use JN for photos. We're forced to go back to using WhatsApp to move full-size picture files around.

Larger embedded photos in work order
It is great and helpful that we are able to organize and attach photos automatically in the attached options but they photos are just to small. They are currently 5/8" x 1" 1/2 and would be great to get them closer to 1" 1/2 x 3" if possible or bigger. The idea is to at least fit two by each other side to side and will be followed below the sheet and if needed it will add another page for further picture attachments.

Ability to delete or hide company documents that are associated with active records.
Right now you get an error if you try to delete a document if it's been used in an email. We should be able to delete or hide those if they are outdated.

Better organization for documents and photos
We would like to be able to create folders for different documents and photos. I.E. create a folder for photos, one for documents etc...
