Could you place an option to sort the photos, like, move them in position and order that is correct? When uploading multiple pics, it bring.
When uploading pictures, in a group, Nimbus brings them in all out of order, and there is no way to sort them. Is there any way you can place an option to sort the pictures or organize them to the order one needs or would like them to be? Otherwise, I understand that taking them live and directly from Nimbus puts them in order. But, that is not always going to be possible, and it is difficult to view the photos when they are all out of sequence and order. Thank you.

When email estimates, or any correspondence within JN-should auto remember previous copied emails
When emailing to customer or prospect, the software should remember commonly used emails when copying others within the email addresses, instead every single time we must type out each others emails for whom you want to copy....ridiculously outdated.

Photos will not show or load without major delay and waiting
PHotos is a constant problem from freezing up, to major excessive slow access even after they have already been loaded

Please raise the document size limit substantially.
Currently set at 100 MB, and we regularly get plans set over 150MB and sometimes over 200MB

Customizable Product Selection Area on the authorization page of estimate for shingle colors, metal colors and any other similar choices.

Material order USE OUR PO not JN material order number
Please allow us to use a different field for the Material Order number on the Template or allow us to hide YOUR material order number, so we can feature our JOB PO which for us is our display name. Those numbers mean nothing to us the way we use Nimbus and our suppliers especially Beacon and its new AI only pickup on your number not the one we have added in large letters and bolded. PLEASE.

voicemail
There are times in which you get rather long voicemails that are addressed to a certain representative at the company regarding the project. I have been converting these over to MP3, and uploading under documents/photos and then tagging the rep that is handing the account. It would be nice if they could play within the program, and not have to download the message to listen to it.

on the app, there is a "photo feed." there should be a web version of this. It would make marketing much easier.

duplicating work order template
Currently, when duplicating a template, it initially displays code that we're advised not to touch. To proceed, we must click "Add Template," then reopen it to make necessary changes. This adds unnecessary steps and complexity.
During a recent support interaction, I highlighted this issue, but the response indicated that this behavior is intended. This process disrupts workflow efficiency and usability.
Suggested improvement: Ensure duplicated templates display correctly upon creation, without requiring additional steps.

Actual Signature
Is Job Nimbus ever going to make it to where you can sign documents instead of it being 1 automated signature? Our contract needs multiple signatures from the customer and witnesses in numerous sections on our contract and each section needs to be signed with an actual signature

Add photo container to templates
Creating custom templates in jobnimbus alone is a task especially when using the HTML function. I am just glad it exists. Leanring HTML as you go is another adventure. Anyway I am in the process in creating a 5 page template type form which will require photos and attachemnts a the end. It would be great if we had another HTML function similarly to the checkbox that adds a photo container to the template where the user can upload with certain parameters predetermines IE size and locaiton of upload on the page. JobNimbus Local Client Drive Sync
I recently noticed with documents & photos coming in from a multitude of other platforms and apps. It would would be much more efficeint to be able to have a syncronized drive locally on my PC that allows me to choose the shared/sync'd folder to save it into rather than downloading locally then uploading to jobnimbus. This would work just like other storage applications like Box, Google Drive and Dropbox. Add Image Resizing/Reformatting in Forms
The Forms feature is essentially useless for damage inspections because when taking multiple photos they are all lined up vertically and shrunk to a tiny size to fit ONE page. Because of this, I can't create a template for damage inspections which was one of the main reasons we went with this software in the first place.

Send Multiple Photos from JN via iMessage
I would like to be able to select one or multiple photos on my phone and send them all to a contact in iMessage. Currently I have to save the photo to my phone and then send it from there.

Need Related contact fields for templates
Currently there is no way to print related contacts information on any documents related to a job.
We have multiple projects where we are working with 2 or more home owners, when printing estimates or documents we are only able to reference the primary job contact, even though the estimate will show a related contact in JN, we are unable to print any of the related contact information, need first/last name, address, phone, email. The work around is to make a job for each home owner, which defeats the whole point of using jobs.
