  1. Require Input on Contracts

    When creating a contract, I want to require my Sales Reps to type something before they can send it to a customer. Like they have to type something there or it will not generate.

  2. Adding Photos to Automations

    I have figured out how to add photos to the automated texts & emails, but they show as a link. We need a way to insert the photos so they will show without the link JUST the photo.

  3. Provide a photos section on my homescreen that allows me to scroll through ALL job photos

    When on my home screen where I can see a jobs list and contacts list and tasks provide a section to see jobnimbus photos for ALL jobs that you can scroll through. like on the APP but more then the last 30 days.

  4. Square calculator

    Create a form or excel/google sheet file that can be added to a job to help calculate squares/materials when measurements were done by hand. Currently doing this in google sheets then having to add into to JN

  6. Deleting Document Templates

    I would like the ability to delete a document template from a contact & have it also remove the attachment from the document tab, without having to manually delete from both areas.

  9. Signature Document Workflow

    When creating templates, there should be an option to create a document workflow for signatures. For example, we require that proposals be reviewed by one of the owners before going out for customer signature. We currently cannot do that in JN, so we have to use a third party e-signature service which allows us to create these workflows. A way to do this would be for us to be able to create an estimate template with all the contract terms and conditions, and to have a feature where we select that any estimates sent for signature under that template, must…

  10. Attach Links to Documents

    Give us the option of "uploading" or attaching a link as a document. This would make it possible to easily link a Google Doc or similar to a Contact/Job.

  13. Signing Instructions for a Customer

    Often, when a customer is sent a quote, there are no clear instructions on how to sign it. I feel like instructions should be either sent with the quote automatically or include a template in the email being sent that allows us to choose who to send the instructions too.

  15. How you can properly format your books

    As new authors, we have a lot of problems to deal with at once, and this is definitely a stressful situation for many of us. Trust me, I was in that situation when I first started, finishing the draft manuscript, finding a proofreader, which also has its own set of problems, and trying to find someone who could properly format my book and create the most eye-catching book covers to attract potential buyers.   17. Legacy Material Order

    Why did we have to change the material order?? What is the purpose behind the new format? I can't add a photo on the new one and I used that feature all the time! Also why do the line items and sections have to be so big, I used to be able to see the whole order on the screen at once and now every line item takes up 1/3 of the computer screen...why???

  18. Custom Reports

    JobNimbus needs to have the functionality to create custom reports. As an admin, I need to be able to run a report that shows each customer, job status, any work or material orders created and their status, invoice balance, date of last update and by whom. Currently I have to run several individual reports to get this information. I understand having separate reports pull from its designated section within the software, but there should be an option for a report to pull any data from within a single job. This is VERY important for administrative reporting.

  19. When email estimates, or any correspondence within JN-should auto remember previous copied emails

    When emailing to customer or prospect, the software should remember commonly used emails when copying others within the email addresses, instead every single time we must type out each others emails for whom you want to copy....ridiculously outdated.

  20. Photos will not show or load without major delay and waiting

    PHotos is a constant problem from freezing up, to major excessive slow access even after they have already been loaded
