receipts
To have a receipts option under documents downloads that would give you a box to put the cost of the receipt in. This could auto total on the financial page. It would help keep track of job costs. This could theoretically integrate into a post job budget check.

Signatures on WORK ORDERS
Just like on estimates and documents, WORK ORDERS need to have a native way of adding signatures. We've had a number of subcontractors argue payments with us because they didn't sign for anything. If we send a work order to a sub to accept, we want them to sign for it as a means of accepting the scope of work and payment terms.

Ability to Hide Documents or Photos That Are Not Relevant
Estimate & Invoice Example -- If we send out 3 estimates/invoices for one job and they only sign one, all estimates show in the documents tab without indication of which one is the signed version. Currently, the only way to determine the valid estimate or invoice is to go back to the financials tab and find the Fully Signed estimate number, then go back to the documents tab and match that to the number in the documents tab. Virtual photo release form
A simple photo release form we could send via Jobnumbus for a virtual signature. This would eliminate the need for printing off a paper copy and the hassle of getting sales reps to upload these documents to jobnimbus.

Ability to delete or hide company documents that are associated with active records.
Right now you get an error if you try to delete a document if it's been used in an email. We should be able to delete or hide those if they are outdated.

Live Documents
We have supplements to send to insurance, and often those are figured out on the job and on the fly. It would be better to have a simple document that could be opened, typed in, saved, and closed....and then opened again later in the day to do it again until the job is complete. It would be more akin to a Google Drive document.

Restrict visibility access for different Attachment Categories
Visibility on different types of documents.
Prevent certain groups/individuals to be able to see certain types of Attachment Categories.

Upload Fillable PDF's (i.e custom contracts, change orders etc) to Document Templates
Which would then allow our custom documents to be sent out for e-signature.

Notifications for When Document is Digitally Signed.
An option for others besides the signees to be notified when a document is fully signed. There is a similar feature for estimates via an automation, which currently cant be created for documents.

Document Status changes with signature status
There used to be a "Signed" status for documents, but now that's gone and the signature status column seems to have replaced it. The problem is that the signature status can be fully signed, while the document status remains as a draft. I think the document status should relate to the signature status, or the document status should be removed altogether.

Attach Links to Documents
Give us the option of "uploading" or attaching a link as a document. This would make it possible to easily link a Google Doc or similar to a Contact/Job.

Organize Documents
It would be nice if there was a way to alphabetize Documents or have a folder option. Currently, the most recent document uploaded is on top and you have to search through pages and pages to find a document that might have been uploaded 2 months ago. Alternatively, if they could be dropped into folders that would be another organizational tool. Ideally, we want to store all our job-related docs in JN but right now are using SharePoint as a back-up where docs can be alpha and organized into folders.

Folder creation from Job/contact documents
Creating folders within the documents tab of a record could be helpful to locate certain documents faster.

Ability to print signature requested doc
Currently when sending a document requesting signature, recipients do not have the option to print the document or download it to review before signing. It would be convenient to include this to make business easier for clients.

Make uploaded docs be automatically marked as private.
Have an option in settings to automatically mark uploaded documents as, private. Currently, this is done manually by have to make sure the box is selected.

More edit options for documents
I would like to be able to have more edit options for documents created in JobNimbus. Like have a landscape view option and also provide more framing options to make a document look more aesthetically pleasing.

Open two documents at once
I need to be able to open two documents in a file at the same time. When check on the status of an insurance claim, I need to be able to open the scope front the insurance company, as well as my supplement/estimate that I have submited. I need to be able to open two documents at once. I am pulling my hair out because you don't allow me to do this.
