  1. Merged data in Contact/Jobs

    Intake, Contact & jobs should be combined data. Not entering the same information multiple times. When a contact comes up all the information is listed and jobs are listed underneath with the email and job nimbus correspondence. Multiple pages are not necessary and require additional work for the rep.

  2. Enable entry of customers with the same name and not have to modify

    We live in an area where many people have the same name. This creates a lot of difficulty for us when creating a new contact. We have to modify and it causes reporting issues for us. It would be great to have an "override" button for these customers.

  3. Add checkbox next to phone # to indicate primary point of contact

    The customer would like a checkbox next to a phone number to indicate it is the primarily point of contact of their customer.

  4. Adding additional contact fields

    I very often have clients with multiple emails and contact information. Who doesn't have more than one email? I also have clients with multiple properties and one property is normally the billing address. We may be working on a different address for the property but need to send info to the billing address. I also have a couple clients that like to involve other family members for information. In one instance I am working on a daughters house and dad is the contact but not the owner. I have another with an elderly woman and I go through her daughter…

  5. Connecting Work Orders with Their Subcontractors

    It would be very convenient if work orders assigned to subcontractors would appear in the work order tab on their contact page! It seems like the program used to do this, but doesn't anymore.

  6. Different Fields for Different Contacts

    Since Customers, Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Adjusters are all (for some reason) under the umbrella of "Contacts," we really need a way to keep our Custom Fields separated by Contact type.

    For example, I don't have any need to input a field for a Customer, when I am entering a new Supplier or Adjuster.

    Update: You can almost always export your contacts from contact apps, even Mac contacts syncing with iPhone, etc into a CSV which you can then import into JobNimbus.

    We will continue to move towards these other contact import options going forward.
    -
    We’re planning to add them new fangled contact import integrations (Apple/iCloud, Google, etc.) in the future.

    I’ll let you know as we get closer, but we don’t have a date to announce at this time.

  8. Bulk/Batch Edit

    Have bulk (batch, mass) update and edit capabilities for contacts, jobs, etc.

    • Assign, un-assign, reassign team members
    • Change status of several items at once
    • Mark multiple tasks as complete
