- Hyperlink - so emails / phone calls can be initiated through JN
-Are available when attempting to send templated emails. We have to copy/paste any custom field entry email fields now.Matthew Arvin supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Matthew Arvin commentedThere is a built in feature to automatically send work orders to subcontractor, but no built in features to automatically send modifications. You can create an automation to do this, but since attachments cannot be automated into emails, there's no way to send the updated WO to the sub, except manually. On weeks with weather, there are a lot of adjustments to job start dates, which means a lot of manually sent emails.

Good news! We are planning to improve this functionality in an upcoming release. Phone numbers (and other contact information) from the related Contacts will be displayed prominently on the Job view screen. This will mean you no longer have to click into the Contact from the Job to find the phone number or email address.
We expect this update to release in the next 30 days.

Great news! We are planning on adding Google Maps autocomplete functionality, so that whenever you create or edit a Job in JobNiimbus, as you begin to type the address the suggested Google Maps locations will appear below. This should greatly streamline the process of adding new leads and Jobs, and improve the accuracy of the data inputted as well.

The smart estimates are cool, but that only fixes the issue for estimates - nothing auto up dates, what about material orders?
