Currently, I put in all my tasks at 10 am if there is no specific time to do them. If I put them in for "tomorrow" my phone beeps at 11 pm and again at midnight reminding me it is time to start that task. Um No. I'm sleeping.

We found a work around but it is cumbersome. We created custom fields for Rep Name, Rep Photo and Rep Cell Phone. We embed them into all of our templates. We had help from the Customer Service reps.

Good news! We are planning to improve this functionality in an upcoming release. Phone numbers (and other contact information) from the related Contacts will be displayed prominently on the Job view screen. This will mean you no longer have to click into the Contact from the Job to find the phone number or email address.
We expect this update to release in the next 30 days.

I agree. Having the customer start date show up on the calendar is annoying It is not a task.

I need to check old tasks. Occasionally, stuff slips off our radar. Particularly tasks that need doing AFTER the roof is built. Go install that skylight, gutters, etc. These are super difficult to track because JN assumes that the next step is billing,

I can't tell you how many times we would use this. And I need accurate dates if it extended into 3-4 day project.
