An error occurred while saving the comment This is important in the actual job itself. If i have a job with multiple tasks over the year, I want to see the newest first, not the oldest. And being able to sort by complete/incomplete doesn't help when I want to see the last thing completed.

An error occurred while saving the comment I agree. It is so frustrating to have an email notification go into my company inbox, and then have to go find the contact to reply to the email. I want to be able to reply directly from my company email.

I agree. I would also like the ability to edit someone elses form. Sometimes there are typo's or additional information needed, but I would love to be able to send the form right to the customer.
