    I agree with everyone here! The name of a contact should not be the key identifier that checks for duplicate entries. As a company that does a large volume of estimates, this is a big system flaw. The key identifier that checks for duplicates should be a Contact ID Number or Address. Checking to see if another contact exists with the same address would be more beneficial than showing us duplicates of the same John Smiths. We would highly appreciate it if you look into this soon.
