Auto Create Work Order Upon Status Change
I need to be able to create an automation that, when a job is in a specific status, it will automatically create a work order. We use the job status as the department names and when a job goes into a specific department, we need it to create the work order. Feel free to contact me for more information if that will help!

Longer Products & Services Titles!
Being able to have a longer title for a product with more than 31 characters would be great!
The limit is very annoying and unnecessary and makes it hard when trying to add different products that have slight variations (ex: "Install New Gutters - Aluminum" or "Install New Gutters - Copper")1 vote -
Ability to customize roles
Similar to access profiles before, to have the ability to customize. I do not want everyone to have admin level access but the sales and field options doesn’t give them access to everything they need. There shouldn’t be so many admins with access to alter company information. I just want to be able to customize the profiles.

automation for when a job status is moved out of a status
We want to put an automation in that will tell us if someone changes the status of a current status? Specifically, if someone takes something out of one of our Key status. Or if there was a way to Lock a status so that only one person can move it out of a status?

Hiring Process for Team Members

Budget Commission Permissions in Access Profiles
Have the budgets set to only allow for an admin to mark the budget as paid or unpaid. For the user access to view a budget not allowing them to be able to mark the budget as paid or unpaid

Limit what users can create records
Some of our guys shouldn't be able to clog the pipeline with jobs they created. Wish their was a way in the user profile to limit jobs creation and maybe even contact creation

Group/Filter Templates in Settings
I would like to be able to group up estimate templates so they are only visible by the design templates I use or based on groups so there isn't a massive list when viewing all the saved estimate templates.

Automation for multiple invoices or based on multiple record types
I progress bill, meaning I bill up to 3 times (deposit, in-progress, and final bills). Having an automation that can change the job's status once all invoices have been paid or be based on all invoices being closed and the jobs status matching a specific status would be very helpful. I need to make sure the automation only happens from the Pending Payments status and ALL invoices created have been paid/closed

Folders or Ability to Reorder Automations
That way you can clearly see, and edit when necessary, all of the steps within a process and know that you have them all there.

Separate automations for each location
It would be nice to be able to set automations specific to each location as some items are applicable to some locations but not others.

Triggers need a HUGE upgrade.
I can't seem to narrow the automation by Workflow type unless I am using the Contact or Job as a trigger.
This issue caused an abundance of automated text messages to go through during our initial sync that we did not anticipate (though we probably should have, hindsight is 20/20).
Customers whose invoices were paid months ago were sent text messages thanking them for paying their bill. I could go in and change all of my automations related to Invoices and Estimates to workaround this, but it just feels like that takes away from the usefulness of this automation system...…

Automation to add assignee to contact/job
Automation to add assignee to contact/job. This would be helpful when a new contact is created by an integration like salesrabbit, where it could assign the team member that is the sales rep.

Make Subcontractors Invisible in Tasks
Make a way to deactivate them from the drop down menu in tasks, but keep them showing up in the subcontractor color on the calendar.

Ability to Pause Particular Automations, or Make them Active vs. Inactive without Deleting
Something that would be Critically Important for updating automations while the system is in use would be having the ability to pause automations. Along with our realization today that automations for Invoices/Estimates were going to be triggering on all workflows (see suggestion " Triggers need a HUGE upgrade"), we realized that we couldn't just pause these automations during a transitional phase.
This signals to me that I'm also not going to be able to work with automations unless we're ready for them to go live immediately. This makes the time window for making changes to automations VERY short.
