  2. More User Control options

    Under settings all the different types of options for example contacts, jobs, workflows, reports, and the dashboard itself. It's usually 2 options All Team members or Sales Rep/Assigned to Job. It would be great if the Admin person can have more control depending on the role in the company and be able to choose specific people. For example, on reports, some staff may not be tech-savvy and it will be faster for the admin to create it and assign it only to that person instead of having to go on their profile.   4. Disable note editing option

    Disable the ability to edit notes after they're created. We would rather have too much information on our jobs than have information go missing.

  5. Customization

    For those of us who are technologically savvy, include an "editor" or "admin" option to allow even further customization (versus having to come here to request it be developed) as seen in Salesforce or Monday.com.

    Perhaps start a beta program for this? I would love for JN to be our company's HUB instead of using 20 different programs.

  6. Automated Email to Unrelated Contact

    We need the ability to send automated emails to contacts-specifically contacts who aren't related to a job, not a subcontractor, not a team member.

  7. Automation to update what person(s) are current assignees through a job workflow.

    As a job moves through different stages of a workflow, different people are responsible for that stage of the process and it would be nice to be able to create an automation to update that job field when the job hits different statuses throughout the life of the job.

  11. Should be able to custom build your own estimates

    We should be able to create our own template for estimates.

    1. Instead of only being able to create a document we should basically be able create a spreadsheet type of estimate that we can customize.

    2. Be able to pull in code from item on products and services to make it interact on a document

  15. Sorting functions on Company, Team, Groups, Access Profiles

    Ability to use Alphabetical sorting functions on any of the headers in the Company, Team, Groups, Access Profiles areas with the option to sort Access Profiles by least restrictive to most restrictive.

  16. Terms and conditions on separate page

    Would be nice to have the ability to have the Terms and Conditions of the estimate printed on a second page. The estimate would look much cleaner having the terms and conditions on the reverse page or second page rather than having the terms and conditions immediately after the proposal.

  17. Edit Contact/Job Option under Access Profiles

    It would be great if we had the option to block the edit option from users under "Access Profiles". I want some specific users to have access to a specific contact/job, but I do not want them to be able to edit the contact/job.

  19. Reset Job Number

    Would like the ability to reset the Job ID numbers. For example, they now have over 10,000 jobs, and would like the keep the ID number to 4 digits, but since they have over 10K this creates more then 4 digits in there Job ID number. They just want to have the Job ID number (with only 4 digits) and the year.

  20. Using automations to update estimate/invoice status

    The ability to set an automation to change the estimate to "approved" and the invoice to "open" when the job or contact is moved into the "sold" status. In other words, building out automations to be able to do more than create tasks or send emails.
