  1. Show more than 10 items when searching products and services when creating estimate

    Show more than 10 items when searching products and services when creating estimate. Example, 14 products and services saved with dispatch in the title. Only 10 total will show when clicking "see more" even though more exist.

  2. Conditional Logic for Required Fields

    Not sure of category...

    Currently we are able to mark Contact Fields as Required.
    The issue is that it is all or nothing.
    Would like to be able to use conditional logic to assign these as needed, not on all clients or stages.

    Examples:
    If a client is moved to a sold status, a sale date would be required.
    If lead source equals Referral, referring individuals name and email would be required.

    These are specific instances, but this would be useful across industries.

  3. Email containing Attachment automation

    If an email contains an attachment

    Attachment type is equal to estimate

    Change estimate status to sent

    I understand this is a multi level automation. Multi level automations like this would be helpful across JobNimbus where the "Action" can affect other aspects of the contact/job

  5. Create an automation to trigger when a contact/job leaves a status.

    We have jobs that could go into one of many statuses that come from one specific status and we need to create a task based on when those contacts leave the original status.

  12. The ability to see what my employees see on Job Nimbus without logging into their account

    While I am working on upgrading and customizing job nimbus to best suit our company, I would like the ability to "ghost" into employee accounts so I can check what they can see without having to logout of my account and login to theirs.

  14. More User Control options

    Under settings all the different types of options for example contacts, jobs, workflows, reports, and the dashboard itself. It's usually 2 options All Team members or Sales Rep/Assigned to Job. It would be great if the Admin person can have more control depending on the role in the company and be able to choose specific people. For example, on reports, some staff may not be tech-savvy and it will be faster for the admin to create it and assign it only to that person instead of having to go on their profile.   15. Additional Access Profile Options

    There should be an access profile that allows team members to make edits on a contact until the contact hits a certain stage, at which point the ability to edit anything should drop off. This would be a great way to ensure we don't get any crucial information changed or deleted.

  17. Disable note editing option

    Disable the ability to edit notes after they're created. We would rather have too much information on our jobs than have information go missing.

  18. Customization

    For those of us who are technologically savvy, include an "editor" or "admin" option to allow even further customization (versus having to come here to request it be developed) as seen in Salesforce or Monday.com.

    Perhaps start a beta program for this? I would love for JN to be our company's HUB instead of using 20 different programs.

  20. Automation to update what person(s) are current assignees through a job workflow.

    As a job moves through different stages of a workflow, different people are responsible for that stage of the process and it would be nice to be able to create an automation to update that job field when the job hits different statuses throughout the life of the job.
