Customization
For those of us who are technologically savvy, include an "editor" or "admin" option to allow even further customization (versus having to come here to request it be developed) as seen in Salesforce or Monday.com.
Perhaps start a beta program for this? I would love for JN to be our company's HUB instead of using 20 different programs.

Email containing Attachment automation
If an email contains an attachment
Attachment type is equal to estimate
Change estimate status to sent
I understand this is a multi level automation. Multi level automations like this would be helpful across JobNimbus where the "Action" can affect other aspects of the contact/job

More User Control options
Under settings all the different types of options for example contacts, jobs, workflows, reports, and the dashboard itself. It's usually 2 options All Team members or Sales Rep/Assigned to Job. It would be great if the Admin person can have more control depending on the role in the company and be able to choose specific people.
