Insights-add Time to Close
In the JN Insights raw data we have the date of the lead and also the date the job closed. I would like to figure out an average for us on how long it takes to close a job. This would help new sales people not to be frustrated when it takes a while for steady sales to start coming in. It would provide training opportunities on how to create urgency during the sales process. An average for each sales person plus company wide would tell us if someone is out of line and an average time to close by…

Make Maps available on desktop for office staff
Having a map view of estimates and their breakdowns is great however office staff also needs to be able to access this information from a desktop. Often we are responsible for assigning territories for estimators and it would be most helpful if we can access this from a desktop where we can see the larger picture. Mobile screens are small and not always easy to navigate. At the bare minimum, it would be helpful if we could breakdown estimate requests by towns on our dashboard and filter by waiting for estimate, completed, commercial, residential, etc (basically all the search parameters…

profit tracker automation
there should be a way to either automatically pull the signed estimate over to the profit tracker when a contract or job hits a designated status, or run a report of which jobs in certain statuses already have a profit tracker assigned to it. (this way, job costing doesnt get swept under the rug)

Exporting commissions from Profit Tracker module
there needs to be a way to report on and export commissions by "date created" or "date paid" when entered into the new Profit Tracker module. this would help when running payroll. it looks like the groundwork for this is set up since there is a space to enter the date under the commissions log inside the Profit Tracker, just needs to be successfully filtered and exportable when viewing in the dashboard

Payment Statuses in Payments Classic Reports

"Contact" not an option in customization of Work Order list report.
The Work Order list report does not allow a Contact Name column. Work Orders are used to route service calls, estimate requests, repair requests, etc. The only way to add a Contact Name is to create a custom work order field and re-enter the contact's name manually, which is inefficient.

Give the ability to customize where the Insights dashboard pulls it's data from. For example, we often send multiple estimates to a customer because they are unsure which material they would like and want to compare the price difference. The insights dashboard cannot be used for our reports because it is based on estimates and not invoices or jobs. I have one lead that has 2 estimates, now my dashboard tells me I have 2 leads instead of 1. The sales insights also pulls estimates which skews our numbers drastically. I want the ability to pull data based on invoices…

When pulling reports, it would be great if the format could be kept in the different tiers. Either pdf or kept Excel format would be nice.
It would be awesome if the reports could keep the same formatting either through exporting to a pdf document, or into Excel (while keeping all of the same type of formatting with the different tiers).

Customer Map
The ability to see a map with your jobs on it and be able to filter it by dates or locations. This would allow you to see where a lot of contracts have been signed and have a visual.

Integration with Looker Studio
It would be nice to have Insights integrate with Google Looker Studio so we can display our data in real time. At the very least, making JN Insights more customizable, and having the ability to "present" it would be awesome.

Motivosity integration on the home/dashboard of JobNimbus
I was wondering if it was possible to have (now or in the future) the ability for the MOTIVOSITY main feed to show up on the JOB NIMBUS “dashboard” home screen? I saw Kiosk mode and wasn’t sure if there was a way to plug that into the home screen to make sure important updates and kudos are seen from both platforms?

Ability to change days in status
When you add a job to a contact, it currently defaults to a "days in status" of 0. Logo would like the ability to input an accurate "days in status" manually for their data reporting needs.

I need an "ASSIGNED TO" filter for invoice reports.
I can not filter my claims per PA the claim is assigned to see amount invoiced per PA. I need to be able to run this report ASAP. and the only way to do this is to make "assigned to" available in the filter and columns. Sales Rep doesn't help, as the same rep is on all claims.

Adding the Branch custom field to an insights report or Class which is not a custom field
Hello, we have a custom field for Branches within a location. We would like to add the custom field "Branch" to a Workflow insights report. Please advise. Or have a column "Class" added to the Workflow insights report. Thanks.

Remove Deactivated Sales Rep from Insights
I would like to remove any deactivated sales reps from showing on my Insights filters.

Create Task to notify me every time a form is created
They have to tag me each time and every manually process is another room for error.
