Report filter for the user who marked a task as complete (or incomplete)
Management wants to be able to easily see who completed tasks of a specific nature. For instance, we have tasks automatically created for our reps to follow up with old clients. We want to be able to see how many follow up tasks each rep checked off.

Don't sent automated texts and emails to lost jobs.
If a job status is changed to lost, or the job is complete, the customer should not still receive automated timeline based emails and texts. For example: We have the system reminding customers that they have not approved an estimate after certain time frames. If a customer tells us they are not interested or went a different direction and we change their status to "lost" they still get the automated reminder emails which makes them very mad

Specific Documents Viewable to Specific People
I want to be able to upload my supplier invoice for each job into the documents. The problem is we do not want the entire company being able to view it and see our pricing. We want to be able to limit it to Office Staff or select people. I know we can do "Private Attachments" but that's only viewable by one person not multiple people.

Printing Without Viewing PDF First
It would be nice to be able to click the three dots next to the invoice/material order/work order and hit "Print" instead of having to hit "View PDF" and then print it from there.

The ability change the way that reports are ordered / organized
Example: We have an "Open Jobs Report" with all of our different job status' for currently open jobs. The issue is, in order to use this report; we have to constantly scroll up and down throughout the page because we can't put the job status' in the proper order on the report. They can only be alphabetically ordered.
I've attached a picture for a better explanation.

Deleted Payments on the activity report
It would be very nice to have the ability to see deleted payments on a custom activity report.

Signature date column
The signature date column is added on the report feature but does not read anything because the contact or job when a document is signed the status shows as signed but there is no space to record the date for when the signature was signed or completed.

Saved reports editing access for non-admin users
Within JN, you cannot edit/save in the built-in report system unless you have allowed access to Account Settings and Built-in Reports, or created the report as that user.
I need staff (admins, supervisors, and other team members) to be able to edit reports created by superiors, but I have ZERO desire for them to have Account Settings access.
There is an ability to give someone access to the built-in report system. Why would there also be another access for them to be able to edit/save reports, especially when that is tied to the entire Account Settings?

Filter invoice report by contact status
Create the ability to make a custom report for invoices with a filter for contact status so I can filter the contacts in that status to see amount paid, balance due, etc.

Report Including Budget and Lead Sources
I need to generate a report in which I can cross reference different status with budget and lead sources.
Ideally I want to see how much revenue I generated for different status we have set up, specifically for each one of our sources.

Combined Custom Reports
JobNimbus needs to have the functionality to create custom reports. As an admin, I need to be able to run a report that shows each customer, job status, any work or material orders created and their status, invoice balance, date of last update and by whom. Currently I have to run several individual reports to get this information. I understand having separate reports pull from its designated section within the software, but there should be an option for a report to pull any data from within a single job. This is VERY important for administrative reporting.

Adding the Branch custom field to an insights report or Class which is not a custom field
Hello, we have a custom field for Branches within a location. We would like to add the custom field "Branch" to a Workflow insights report. Please advise. Or have a column "Class" added to the Workflow insights report. Thanks.

Ability to block visibility of pricing on work orders and jobs from the subcontractors while still allowing them to view and add pictures...
Currently you either have to let the whole team see pricing or no one. It should be set up so you can allow salesmen to see pricing on jobs and work orders but block field employees or subcontractors from seeing the pricing.

JN needs to have the ability to create a contact, without an attached job name, from the green "Create +" button.
So I personally use PipeDrive and Sales Rabbit in the commercial (multi-property owners) sales cycle, but need the ability to create a contact without a job attached for myself and my team.
I also think it would help JN be a better program.

Searching by signature date in Doc. report
Ability to filter a document report by signature status and date like the estimates report. Currently, the signature filter is not setup to detect fully signed documents dates. The report blanks out no matter what date range you set it to. It would be great to use this filter to find date signatures using the new signature feature.
