Ability to block visibility of pricing on work orders and jobs from the subcontractors while still allowing them to view and add pictures...
Currently you either have to let the whole team see pricing or no one. It should be set up so you can allow salesmen to see pricing on jobs and work orders but block field employees or subcontractors from seeing the pricing.

JN needs to have the ability to create a contact, without an attached job name, from the green "Create +" button.
So I personally use PipeDrive and Sales Rabbit in the commercial (multi-property owners) sales cycle, but need the ability to create a contact without a job attached for myself and my team.
I also think it would help JN be a better program.

A way to flip through the material orders with the arrow keys on the Material orders report

Searching by signature date in Doc. report
Ability to filter a document report by signature status and date like the estimates report. Currently, the signature filter is not setup to detect fully signed documents dates. The report blanks out no matter what date range you set it to. It would be great to use this filter to find date signatures using the new signature feature.

NOTES ENTERED IN WORK ORDER OR OTHER SUB SECTIONS, THE NOTIFICATION DOESN'T SHOW THE JOB/CONTACT INFO
If we leave a note and tag a member or self, the tagged members will have a notification at their email (if the user selected that option), the message in the notification will only show the WO / Estimate / Invoice numbers, it does not have any related contact nor job info.
So to know what job or contact the note related to, we have to click the blue note link.
Not efficient.

Type Filter in Invoice and Estimate Reports
Ability to filter by type on an invoice or estimate report would be helpful for easier and quick list creation of these.

Report for a specific status at a specific time frame
I would like the ability to create a custom report so I can see any of my contacts who have moved through a certain status in a specific time frame. This would help us to know how many of our jobs were sold.

An indication that the sales rep is inactive from the sales reps drop down in sales dashboard
It would be great if there was some time of indication on the sales dashboard that the sales rep is inactive from the sales rep selection. I have 3 reps with the same name and 2 of them are inactive, yet all 3 of them still show in the drop-down selection

Job Report should include approved estimates
In the Job Report, you currently have the option to include the amount of the last estimate. However, that isn't necessarily helpful if the last estimate is not the one that was approved. You should be able to include the total of ALL approved estimates in order to get some perspective on the value of the project. Thanks

Save Column Organization when Drilling Down on Insights
When I drill down data from a category such as "This year: Sold" I can control the columns of type of data I see by deleting ones I dont want and adding ones I do. But every time I do this the next time I go to the data the original settings have been reverted. This is a problem. It should save the settings I create and not revert back. It should do that for every category as each category will have different relative data to review and sort by

Limit users to see specific Insights Reports
We'd like our sales reps to be able to see the sales dashboard in Insights, but we don't want them to have access to all of the insights data. For example, even though in Access Profiles they don't have permission to view profit tracker, if we give them insights access they can still see profit tracker in insights.

Exporting commissions from Profit Tracker module
there needs to be a way to report on and export commissions by "date created" or "date paid" when entered into the new Profit Tracker module. this would help when running payroll. it looks like the groundwork for this is set up since there is a space to enter the date under the commissions log inside the Profit Tracker, just needs to be successfully filtered and exportable when viewing in the dashboard

When pulling reports, it would be great if the format could be kept in the different tiers. Either pdf or kept Excel format would be nice.
It would be awesome if the reports could keep the same formatting either through exporting to a pdf document, or into Excel (while keeping all of the same type of formatting with the different tiers).

Add a favorite button for the reports most used in classic reports by each user. Save time sorting through everyone else's reports.
