  2. Report for a specific status at a specific time frame

    I would like the ability to create a custom report so I can see any of my contacts who have moved through a certain status in a specific time frame. This would help us to know how many of our jobs were sold.

  3. An indication that the sales rep is inactive from the sales reps drop down in sales dashboard

    It would be great if there was some time of indication on the sales dashboard that the sales rep is inactive from the sales rep selection. I have 3 reps with the same name and 2 of them are inactive, yet all 3 of them still show in the drop-down selection

  4. Budget Report Filtered by Trades

    We should be able to pull a budget (profitability report) filtered by the trade.
    I don't have a way of seeing how my different trades are performing.
    Ex: roofing,windows, siding....

  7. Ability to change days in status

    When you add a job to a contact, it currently defaults to a "days in status" of 0. Logo would like the ability to input an accurate "days in status" manually for their data reporting needs.

  10. Create the ability on automations to block tiles from going backwards in status.

    When an automation linked to checking off a task is done after someone else on the team has already moved the job forward by status, it pulls the tile back to the job status that the automation moves it to which is confusing for the team and may lead to repeat actions. Ultimately it causes chaos on the team if there is more than 1 person handling the job.

  11. Searching by signature date in Doc. report

    Ability to filter a document report by signature status and date like the estimates report. Currently, the signature filter is not setup to detect fully signed documents dates. The report blanks out no matter what date range you set it to. It would be great to use this filter to find date signatures using the new signature feature.

  12. Grouped Reports - Collapsing Groups

    When I have a report grouped with calculations, when I collapse the grouped area, it doesn't retain the calculations. It removes the totals & sums applied such as on an invoice report. I would like to be able to retain that information so that it is easier to view without all of the scrolling.

  13. Not all sales reps show on sales pipeline

    On the sales pipeline on the home screen, because we have over a certain number of sales reps, the Sales Pipeline only shows the name of every other sales rep. This defeats the purpose of quickly viewing how our sales reps are performing.

  15. Job Report should include approved estimates

    In the Job Report, you currently have the option to include the amount of the last estimate. However, that isn't necessarily helpful if the last estimate is not the one that was approved. You should be able to include the total of ALL approved estimates in order to get some perspective on the value of the project. Thanks

    The ability to organize the entire dashboard view any way i want. Movable boxes that can go side by side or be resized to be bigger or smaller so my tasks can be the size I want vs job if i want that to be bigger . And not just linier (top to bottom), I want the ability to have tasks on the right side and jobs on the left or vice versa, or something in between.   20. When pulling reports, it would be great if the format could be kept in the different tiers. Either pdf or kept Excel format would be nice.

    It would be awesome if the reports could keep the same formatting either through exporting to a pdf document, or into Excel (while keeping all of the same type of formatting with the different tiers).
