Reports
When I edit a job from a report and save it, JN takes me to the job. It would be better if, after saving, it took me back to the report like before. That way I can continue reviewing and quickly editing what I need from that specific report.

UI Change for Home/Dashboard
It would be really nice to have a UI change for the home/dashboard page. Probably like a combination of the Insights and current Dashboard.

Limit users to see specific Insights Reports
We'd like our sales reps to be able to see the sales dashboard in Insights, but we don't want them to have access to all of the insights data. For example, even though in Access Profiles they don't have permission to view profit tracker, if we give them insights access they can still see profit tracker in insights.

Exporting commissions from Profit Tracker module
there needs to be a way to report on and export commissions by "date created" or "date paid" when entered into the new Profit Tracker module. this would help when running payroll. it looks like the groundwork for this is set up since there is a space to enter the date under the commissions log inside the Profit Tracker, just needs to be successfully filtered and exportable when viewing in the dashboard

When pulling reports, it would be great if the format could be kept in the different tiers. Either pdf or kept Excel format would be nice.
It would be awesome if the reports could keep the same formatting either through exporting to a pdf document, or into Excel (while keeping all of the same type of formatting with the different tiers).

Motivosity integration on the home/dashboard of JobNimbus
I was wondering if it was possible to have (now or in the future) the ability for the MOTIVOSITY main feed to show up on the JOB NIMBUS “dashboard” home screen? I saw Kiosk mode and wasn’t sure if there was a way to plug that into the home screen to make sure important updates and kudos are seen from both platforms?

Create the ability on automations to block tiles from going backwards in status.
When an automation linked to checking off a task is done after someone else on the team has already moved the job forward by status, it pulls the tile back to the job status that the automation moves it to which is confusing for the team and may lead to repeat actions. Ultimately it causes chaos on the team if there is more than 1 person handling the job.

Please create the ability to put the salesman, assigned to, or subcontractor on each individual tile on the job boards
It would be useful to see who work orders and jobs are assigned to on the job board.

Markup Amounts (not Percent) in Reporting
The markup column in invoice reports currently gives a percentage, not a total dollars amount. at the moment the best workaround is to export the report and run a calculation

Grouped Reports - Collapsing Groups
When I have a report grouped with calculations, when I collapse the grouped area, it doesn't retain the calculations. It removes the totals & sums applied such as on an invoice report. I would like to be able to retain that information so that it is easier to view without all of the scrolling.

Not all sales reps show on sales pipeline
On the sales pipeline on the home screen, because we have over a certain number of sales reps, the Sales Pipeline only shows the name of every other sales rep. This defeats the purpose of quickly viewing how our sales reps are performing.

commission reports by person?
There is no longer a way to run an unpaid commission reports per person when using profit tracker unlike old budgets you used to be able to run a paid or unpaid commission report of who all is owed what for each job now is just a total commission owed with no or mark as paid adding more repeat/manual work if your pay out weekly/biweekly

Get SUMO quote involved...
What is the point of being able to create templates and a work flow if when we go to add photos from the job or COMPANY CAM that the photos selected end up at the bottom of the report and out of order from the template? Is there a way to convert all annotated photos to stay in order of when they were taken and not annotated on top and then all other photos below? It creates a massive disconnect and is time consuming. Reports used to take 10-12 minutes from start to finish for a detailed report with a…
