Automated email attachments
I would like automated emails to have the ability to include attachments from the job file. For example, I use about 6 different purchase orders at different stages of each job. If I uploaded each purchase order as it's own "attachment category" then it would be nice to have an automated email sent at different stages and automatically include the job specific purchase order that is uploaded to it's own unique attachment category.

Store Frequently Used Email Addresses
It would be beneficial to have an area that we can store frequently used email addresses within our account. These would be emails that we use regularly in the Other field when sending emails to avoid having to manually enter them every time.

End-of-Day/Summary Report Email
I would like to have the option of receiving a summarized email of all the tasks my team performed with the results etc.

The email received and the reply is on the same line instead of being separate for a line or other. It's really complicated for recipient and sender to follow the thread. I

Sync Sent Emails w/ Gmail
I would like to have it so that every email I send within JobNimbus also syncs to my Gmail so that I easily have proof that I can send to my client's again later on that an email was sent. Customer's recognize Gmail better than the JobNimbus email so they are less likely to think I doctored the initial email if they see it forwarded to them from Gmail.

Custom Subcontractor Notification Emails
it would be useful to include some customization options for the notifications my subcontractors receive. I don't need them getting marketing links, and I'd prefer to be able to add some custom text when I send them a work order or task.

Preview Attachment details before sending of email
When I send an email through the Activity main page and add an attachment, I would like to click on the attachment to verify the details. This would be very beneficial and provide some peace of mind.

Incoming client emails should be auto captured and added as a note instead of having to forward it in. Many many CRMs already do this. Having to forward every incoming client email is a redundant unnecessary task.

Change Who Automations Show the Email Being Sent From
Emails sent via Automation show the company name as the sender before opening the email. Would like to be able to change who it shows as being from based on the automation or the email template.

See Attachments in Email Thread
When a customer replies to an email that contains an attachment, there isn't an easy way to see what the attachment was in the original email other than to go find the original email. There should be a way to see the attachment name in the email they replied to, but it changes the attachment name to a random string of numbers.

Email Notification Changes
I would like to make a suggestion regarding the way customer emails come in from Job Nimbus. It is far too easy to get the notification of a job nimbus email and by the time you scroll to the bottom, it's not obvious that it's a job nimbus notification and if you're even a tiny bit distracted or busy it's very easy to accidentally reply from your email, which ends up looking like you've responded to the customer but in actuality you've just emailed job nimbus, and it's only apparent when you click on the view thread button in the…

Respond to customer reply notifications and have it delivered to the customer automatically
When I receive a notification from JobNimbus that a customer has replied to a message I sent, I want to be able to reply to that notification, and have my message delivered to the customer as well as sent to the JN account without having to add the customers email address in the CC field

Newsletter Feature in JobNimbus
We would like to make a monthly newsletter through JobNimbus that sends to all our contacts. There are a lot of CRMs that have this capability and we think it's something that would add value, not just to our company, but to JobNimbus as a whole.

When scheduling a sub, it should not be an automatic email.
When you assign a sub to a job, they get an email but sometimes it could be useful to be able to add notes to the body of an email.

Incoming Emails - assign/attach to a Job
Allow for assigning an incoming email to a job.
Currently I receive emails into JN but can not assign them to the appropriate job. This would be useful instead of remembering which contact sent the email to find said email.
