Notification for When Documents are Signed through Email
When documents are signed via email, users will get alerted. This is to prevent needing to check constantly for the customer's signature.
It is now possible to be notified when a document is Signed or ESigned. You can set up an automation in JobNimbus
When an Activity is Created
Condition
Note Contains (any) Document Esigned, Document Signed, Invoice Esigned, Estimate Esigned

It would be great if when a customer signs their contract that we email to them, that we get a notification sent to us.

I am hopping this could be set up something like Docusign, That allows signatures as well as dates and initials. Maybe integrate with docusign?
This will help with job flow and not require duplicate effort.

yes please! Also, perhaps as a similar idea...a notification in the Activity stream for this type of alert. it would also be great if we can color code it (so it stands out) or add a task (in automation) since this is typically a crucial part of the process.
This would also be helpful when attachments are emailed into Job Nimbus. It would be great if these show up in the activity feed.
