Notifications Center - See Email, @mention, etc. notifications in one place.
A unified place for @Mentions, related activity, new assignments, and more.
"When I'm mentioned, I get an e-mail. That's great unless I don't check my e-mail. It would be nice when I'm in Nimbus to have all of the @mentions with the associated information listed in a box on the dashboard."
Hi everyone!
We finished the last pieces of notification center (the bell icon at the top right of JobNimbus). We were finishing up our notification preferences options before marking this as complete. Please feel free to message us with any notification updates you would like to see (or add them as an idea). We will continue to add new types of notifications as we build new features.
Thank you!

Emails get lost on email. If dash board posted the emails you need to reply to ontop they would be easier to manage.

Just copy Facebooks notification set up. It’s easy to use and you can go back to reference notifications later.

This one of my biggest disappointments in JobNimbus

I wish there were a feature that when someone tags you in a note, instead of having to look thru your email for it, there should be a notifications button that will show you all your tags.

It would be nice to have a "notification" area. Like when you log in to JN there be a red bubble letting you know you have notifications (where you have been mentioned in a message or if a new job has been assigned to you.
Kind of like facebook and instagram, once you click on the "mention" it will redirect you to the particular job where you were mentioned. sometimes the emails that are sent that state "you were mentioned in this job" get lost in the emails or spam. Also, it would be nice if when you are creating a job that the phone number and email automatically copies onto the job created. The name address and all the other information already come up on the job I think the phone and email should as well, rather than having to copy and past from contact to job.

I need a list of the notifications I am tagged in to stay in JobNimbus until I delete them. Otherwise I swipe the notification away and it's gone forever. My email is filling up with what seems to be endless notifications which is filling my email inbox and I am missing important emails.

I agree. I often cannot find where I was mentioned and when I click the notification on my mobile, it never takes me to the notification anyway. Opens the app then hangs.

It would be awesome if there was a notification tab (maybe there is but I'm missing it?). Email and push is great but often I need to come back to a @mention or other notification later but can't. The notification tab would have all notifications with markers next to those that have yet to be checked.

Agreed, very needed for office staff who do not use the app where push notification apply. Option to add notifications to your Dashboard or a little icon that shows up next to your Name in the upper right hand corner when you have a notification should be available. If someone has their notifications turned off and they are @mentioned, it doesn't appear to notify them at all. I realize they should have their notifications on, but another email isn't the best way - it should be through the site.

Maybe add notifications to the "Task" list, so that they can be marked completed after it's dealt with. E-mail comes in at 6 pm and you think, I will deal with that tomorrow. Then, forget because there are no reminders.

I would like the option if the desktop JN had push notifications that came on the desktop in addition to notifications coming in email form.

THERE SHOULD BE AN ACTIVITY BOARD LIKE A TASK LIST.
IF SOMEONE @TAGS YOU IN A PROJECT IT SHOWS UP IN AN ACTIVITY FEED
