Any update on this or a work around solution commonly used? I want to leave our spreadsheets but I currently have to use multiple templates and use that info to update a seperate document.

Great idea! Thank you for your suggestion.
The “Description” field on Contacts and Jobs is sometimes used as a “permanent note” that always stays at the top, but your idea will be great to have alongside that to make notes more dynamic and useful.

This definitely seems like something we would do as part of “Company” support where if only a Company name is added, then it would change to a Company icon rather than a Contact icon.

Josh, this is perhaps my biggest pain point with Job Nimbus currently. I have to manually take the information from the measurement report and create multiple estimates per job (for different shingle options). Before we started using JN I would use a spreadsheet that I couldn’t enter the measurement information into once and get multiple quotes. At the very least it might be nice if the measurement reports could auto populate an estimate template and even better if the measurement report could auto populate multiple estimate templates.
