Customer approval for Estimates - Signatures
If customers could sign with their finger on phone or tablet an approval for the estimate that was just sent to them and alert you right away.

We need a smart doc setting! We needed it last year! E-signing of signature, not only typing your name.
(the current one is even worse if the name was spelled incorrectly, and customer is forced to type their name as a form of signing their approval, and can only type their listed name in our system). Typo happens.Nowadays, we do e-signing more and more.
And not naturalForms, we tried that. They are very BAD. Product and customer service, waste of money.
Check out your competition, Acculynx. They have a free (built-in feature) smart-doc feature that is very user-friendly from building to using the document.

This would be a great digital record of the customer acceptance

When a customer signs a contract, the screen on their end just goes blank. The request is for a message to appear that the signature was successfully submitted.

Staying tuned... For 2 Years now.... Still same old document builder. Signatures on separate pages, still no function availability (like simple math formulas)

I like the fact that we can send a signable document via email where they can sign online. What would be fantastic is if we could expand that to include custom job field or custom field choices, such as color choice, shingle style choice etc...

This is our single most requested (and pain point!) item from a technical standpoint. It's 2019, virtually every CRM platform has the ability to offer E-Signatures through their platform to sign estimates.
Having to ask clients to print and scan or take a picture of their signed estimate is terrible and bogs down the process. Not to mention comes across as unprofessional and behind the times in this day and age.
Thank you for the consideration.

A approval/denied/questions button on the email would be nice. I believe it can be done with PDFs. If the customer approves then the status changes or other automation can be applied off the action of approved/denied

Can you share more information about this and when it is "planned" to be delivered! This is a MAJOR need for our business given how we plan to leverage estimates, material orders, invoices, etc.

It would save us a lot of time if we could put our signature on estimates as an image. That way a customer can print it, sign it and mail it to us with a check. It would also be nice if we could have them digitally sign the estimate, especially for customers paying by credit card. That way everything is contained within JobNimbus.

Any update on this feature being implemented?

Customer should be able to accept or decline estimate from the email sent and offer them a digital signature which would then show accepted in the job. This would then make our automations proceed.
