They have no phone number. I am waiting on $2000 that they can't explain online and they don't have a support number to call. My customers don't know where there money is, and I don't either.
That's a shady way to do business, and I expected better from JN.
I dont know about your experience but my experience with wepay was terrible. I'm in Canada, first time I used it they charged my client by USD instead of CDN. And it took 3 weeks for them to refund it and they charge us for the transaction.
When I called JN they told they cant make it for CDN.
so if you can arrange it with Strip or something similar would be very useful
