  1. Custom Workflows for Invoices

    Jobs, contacts and work orders have customizable workflows with user created statuses. If invoices had this feature, it would provide a critical reporting element for different segments of clients/invoices.

    A good example would be having a subset of invoices that are in 'Collections' status for delinquent invoices so they don't clutter up healthier AR.

  2. Add Multiple "Estimate Detail" Pages on Estimates

    If we were able to add multiple "Estimate Detail" pages to the same contract, this would cover contractors that sell multiple job phases and not limited us to 3 options. Then using the existing ability to use the slider, to turn off certain estimate detail pages that would not apply.

  3. Cover page sales rep names

    I see on the cover page of nse you can included the sale rep email and phone number but you cant included their sale name and buisiness information.

  4. Remove Sections from Invoice

    On legacy invoices "Section" or "Section" total wasn't required, on the new invoice tool it is - our invoices aren't complex enough to need multiple sections or even a section title. We would like to be able to add products without a section/title again, it's an unnecessary extra step impacting our workflow

  5. Profit tracker

    Have the profit/job cost tracker pull the revenue from the invoices not from the estimates. Sometimes we quote a job for xx amount, and then mid job there's extras that come up. We don't build another estimate for the extras we just invoice it.

    Pulling from the estimates only causes false data in the tracker

  7. Enter bills into Profit Tracker

    We are currently using the profit tracker. As a bill comes in we currently enter that bill into the Profit Tracker and then Quickbooks. We would love the ability to enter the bill into the profit tracker and have the bill sync automatically to QB. This would be a much more efficient. I believe other CRMs like Acculynx are already doing it this way.

  9. Add unit of measure to Estimate Details in the Estimate Layout

    Unable to show both quantity and unit of measure on an estimate layout for the estimate details page. Also, no control over what quantity is showing... measurement or order quantity. Example, I estimate 20SQ in asphalt shingles and include a formula in the order calculation translating SQ to bundles. Bundles are what are showing as quantity in the Estimate Layout/Estimate Details pages.So, in summary, can only show a quantity and the quantity is not translatable to the homeowner who may be comparing multiple bids and looking to see if quantities are similar across contractors.

  10. Prevent Autosave from Overriding Other Changes

    The auto saving feature can actually make a lot of progress lost if user A is working on the Estimate for an hour but then user B still has an old version open, and they make one tiny change. Having some kind of warning or update for user B would be helpful

  12. Switch Items Between Labor and Material

    It would be nice to easily switch and item from Labor to Material and vise versa.

    This would be nice just incase an estimate is created using all material items, thinking that you had labor items in there too. A simply toggle or drop down would be nice.

  14. Marking a estimate as signed

    If a customer has verbally agreed to an estimate and we mark it as signed, don't want an email sent to the customer or the option to decline the email being sent asking for the deposit. Want to be able to mark it as signed so that we can convert the estimate to an invoice.

  15. View estimate figures after sending

    I would like to be able to click on an estimate to see the figures after I sent. I don't need to edit it, just view what figures I put down. Right now I end up duplicating and deleting. Am I missing something?

  16. Ability to set the required margins per workflow not just one overall

    Having more than one type of job we do, we have different required margins and there is an option for only ONE set margin. I'd like to have the ability to set the required margins per workflow, not a blanket margin.

  17. Add ability to change font size on Footer in Simple Estimate

    The font size in the Footer notes in the Simple Estimate is way too large. It is much larger than the item descriptions. Footer font size is typically smaller than the rest of a document. Add the ability to change the font size. This enables me to put T&C in the footer for Simple Estimates. Otherwise, there are no T&C.

  20. Autofill Estimate Name with Job Name

    The Job Name is auto-filled into the Estimate Name (of course, with the ability to change it) or the ability to insert tokens into the Estimate Name field, with tokens that include the Job Name.
