split terms for balance remaining
Currently, if you apply an payment to an invoice, and then try to set split terms for the remaining balance, it will not save the splits as you enter them. It will revert to its own percentages. This appears to be intended function since split terms were not set upfront. It would be nice to be able to split the remaining balance on invoices.

Show amount due before invoice is created
Show balance due on job before invoice is created. If estimate is created and payments have been made and are in JN, why is there not somewhere that shows how much is still due from the customer? If a customer calls in and wants to know their remaining balance before we have finished their job (we invoice upon completion), I have to go to financials tab and use a calculator to find the difference between the estimate and the payments that have been made, even though the information is already in JN. Multi-Location Estimate Gating
We would like to be able to restrict/assign which templates are available to which locations and/or groups. This would greatly benefit the scalability of the system without it being as cluttered as it is now.

Monthly Payment Options
Create a calculation for estimated financing options using amortized loan equation. Let the Nimbus user enter in the rate (r) and term length (n). Set a function to import the estimate total (P) into the equation. The (A) would be the box that shows the monthly payment on the estimates.
Here's the equation:
A = Payment amount per period
P = Initial principal or loan amount (in this example, $10,000)
r = Interest rate per period (in our example, that's 7.5% divided by 12 months)
n = Total number of payments or periods
The formula for calculating your monthly payment…

Status option for budgets
To have a status option for budgets, like you do for an estimate/invoice. This way I can accurately determine what gross and net margins are, if there are jobs in the budget where costs have not been entered yet, because projects are not completed. The only way I can accurately get my margins correct is for me to filter by a completed job.
