Advanced Forms Options
Some more options with forms would be very nice. I'd like to be able to share a link to forms that I can send my contacts so they can fill the form out. I'd also like to be able to print or download forms, both empty ones and submitted ones. There should also be some option to edit or update a form once it's been filled out.

Company Documents- Videos and/or powerpoint uploads
Hello, I would like to be able to upload a powerpoint presentation for our sales guys to use and show clients. To keep everything in Job Nimbus we use.
Also, it would be nice to be able to upload our 30-60sec company intro video also so our sales guys and show customers.3 votes -
Require Input on Contracts
When creating a contract, I want to require my Sales Reps to type something before they can send it to a customer. Like they have to type something there or it will not generate.

Adding Photos to Automations
I have figured out how to add photos to the automated texts & emails, but they show as a link. We need a way to insert the photos so they will show without the link JUST the photo.

Provide a photos section on my homescreen that allows me to scroll through ALL job photos
When on my home screen where I can see a jobs list and contacts list and tasks provide a section to see jobnimbus photos for ALL jobs that you can scroll through. like on the APP but more then the last 30 days.

Optimize Photo Report
Optimize photo reports when converting to PDF. Many times if the photos are too large the PDF simply won't generate, or will generate an extremely large file that I have to manually optimize to reduce the file size.

Save Over Previous Photo When Drawing on a Photo
Whenever I put drawings on my photos and go to save the photo, it does not allow me to save it. It only allows me to save it as a copy. Why! So now when I go to mark up a photo I will have a blank copy and the copy I just marked up. Filling up my photos.

Limit team members' ability to view email threads/attachments
Create an accessibility setting for specific team members/groups' access profiles to limit their ability to view email activity from other users and also limit ability to download/view attachments in the emails. It kind of defeats the purpose of limiting team members to be able to view documents such as estimates and invoices when they have full visibility of email activity in which they can just download the attached file and view it.

Ability to Archive Old Versions of Company Documents
It's inevitable that Company Documents need updating. Currently, it's not possible to delete or archive old versions of documents that have been used before so it can get confusing to our employees which are the current versions

Improve Picture Quality/Size
We are solar installers as well as roofers. We are a VERY big market that JN could capitalize on. The picture quality from the compression of JN makes many of the pictures illegible and therefore useless. In solar, we need pictures where small labels on breakers, wire etc. must be readable. Very frustrating to be required to go back to a job and tell your techs "NOT" to use JN for photos. We're forced to go back to using WhatsApp to move full-size picture files around.

Automations Triggered by Forms
I'd like to be able to create an automation triggered by a form being completed. We would like to utilize the form function for our production manager to fill out daily or weekly progress forms for jobs and have them automatically emailed or have some kind of notification that they are completed.

Be able to “Duplicate” or “Copy” a Document
Please add a “copy” or “duplicate” function on the documents. We currently use our own templates for contracts. When we send a document for signature, it locks it and we can’t make any corrections to that or make a copy. We have to re-create the contract from scratch if we need to make any edits. This is for document that have NOT been signed yet.
Or let us void the document if it hasn’t been signed, and unlock the document so we can make edits.

In-Person Signature Only
We collect signatures on documents in person. I would like a way to add that signature to the document without an email being sent to the client.

EDIT FILE NAMES
We need the ability to edit file names. Often times, other departments are uploading documents and they need to be in certain format for processes later down the lifecycle. For example, we have a particular naming format for financials but also being able to add things like PO, job number, or even fix misspellings would be really helpful!

Checking off items on a Work Order
People who are assigned to a Work Order should be able to check line items off as they are completed. Admins can then see at a glance what has been completed and what still needs to be finished.
