Ability to add another page to a signed document to have it signed so the document could be all in one spot instead of multiple places.

Option to expire document signature link
If a customer does not click on a link to sign a document after some time, it would be good to have the link expire and not allow the user to sign the document. It appears that currently, if a client click on an old link it will resend it to them creating activity in JobNimbus sent by the system.

Open two documents at once
I need to be able to open two documents in a file at the same time. When check on the status of an insurance claim, I need to be able to open the scope front the insurance company, as well as my supplement/estimate that I have submited. I need to be able to open two documents at once. I am pulling my hair out because you don't allow me to do this.

Need these in our daily business:
Files to sort by Created Date
Files to sort by Name
Files to sort by Types in a single view

Bigger images on the Job level
Having these images easier to see, it would be awesome. Also any images added to that section should be listed within the job under photos automatically. Right now we have to upload to both locations.

Document ID attached to all pages of signed document
Would like to see the Document ID attached to all included pages generated, including the Signature page.

Automatically add estimates and eagle views to the documents tab so they can be added as attachments to a independent email.
When I order an eagle view through job nimbus there is an extra step that requires me to apply the eagle view once the order is fulfilled. This also happens when I create an estimate it will sit in the estimate section of the job but not be applied to the documents. Be very nice if both of these items were automatically put into the document section so they can be attached to an independent email created.

Make photos on a work order clickable!
Please make it so you can click/enlarge a photo uploaded to a work order on desktop! I can do it on the mobile version of a work order, but not the desktop, and the photos on the work order don't have good enough resolution/detail.

Insert template field for most recent payment for a job, or pulling a payment reference number.
There is no insert template field currently in templates to insert the most recent payment on a job.

Mandatory Forms
I would like the ability to not only attach specific forms to jobs or work orders to ensure they are completed by technicians, but also have the ability to make them mandatory to fill out before marking the work complete. This would be helpful especially with ensuring safety forms are completed for every site for example.

Photos will not show or load without major delay and waiting
PHotos is a constant problem from freezing up, to major excessive slow access even after they have already been loaded

Material order USE OUR PO not JN material order number
Please allow us to use a different field for the Material Order number on the Template or allow us to hide YOUR material order number, so we can feature our JOB PO which for us is our display name. Those numbers mean nothing to us the way we use Nimbus and our suppliers especially Beacon and its new AI only pickup on your number not the one we have added in large letters and bolded. PLEASE.

Logo too large and format editing
We need to be able to make some edits to formatting on the signing page. The logo for the finance company is way too large and overwhelming. The important info and pricing is listed too small. It would be nice to adjust logo size and font size on these SumoQuote new estimates

duplicating work order template
Currently, when duplicating a template, it initially displays code that we're advised not to touch. To proceed, we must click "Add Template," then reopen it to make necessary changes. This adds unnecessary steps and complexity.
During a recent support interaction, I highlighted this issue, but the response indicated that this behavior is intended. This process disrupts workflow efficiency and usability.
Suggested improvement: Ensure duplicated templates display correctly upon creation, without requiring additional steps.

Ability to get rid of the Logo in the Top Right Corner
We want the ability to remove the logo from the top right corner as we already have it in the picture upload. As well as the ability to upload PDFs rather than just JPEGS.

Need Related contact fields for templates
Currently there is no way to print related contacts information on any documents related to a job.
We have multiple projects where we are working with 2 or more home owners, when printing estimates or documents we are only able to reference the primary job contact, even though the estimate will show a related contact in JN, we are unable to print any of the related contact information, need first/last name, address, phone, email. The work around is to make a job for each home owner, which defeats the whole point of using jobs.
