Ability to add another page to a signed document to have it signed so the document could be all in one spot instead of multiple places.

Open two documents at once
I need to be able to open two documents in a file at the same time. When check on the status of an insurance claim, I need to be able to open the scope front the insurance company, as well as my supplement/estimate that I have submited. I need to be able to open two documents at once. I am pulling my hair out because you don't allow me to do this.

Search, Sort, and Filter Files
Need these in our daily business:
Files to sort by Created Date
Files to sort by Name
Files to sort by Types in a single view
Files to sort by Users
To name and re-name uploaded pdf and photo files

Bigger images on the Job level
Having these images easier to see, it would be awesome. Also any images added to that section should be listed within the job under photos automatically. Right now we have to upload to both locations.

Auto-Save Email Attachments to Customer Files
I’d like to suggest a feature where all email attachments automatically save into the corresponding customer file in JobNimbus. Attachments could be sorted by type:
Images (JPG, PNG, etc.) → saved under the Photos/Images section
Documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, etc.) → saved under the Documents section
Why This Matters
Right now, saving attachments is a manual process and can be time-consuming. With AccuLynx, this feature was built-in and it saved us countless hours because everything was automatically organized and stored in the right place. Bulk download photos (100+)
JobNimbus, once you try to download more than 100 photos from a job, simply doesn't work. Not having a limit to the amount of photos you can bulk download would save a lot of time!

Signing Instructions for a Customer
Often, when a customer is sent a quote, there are no clear instructions on how to sign it. I feel like instructions should be either sent with the quote automatically or include a template in the email being sent that allows us to choose who to send the instructions too.

Make photos on a work order clickable!
Please make it so you can click/enlarge a photo uploaded to a work order on desktop! I can do it on the mobile version of a work order, but not the desktop, and the photos on the work order don't have good enough resolution/detail.

Insert template field for most recent payment for a job, or pulling a payment reference number.
There is no insert template field currently in templates to insert the most recent payment on a job.

Mandatory Forms
I would like the ability to not only attach specific forms to jobs or work orders to ensure they are completed by technicians, but also have the ability to make them mandatory to fill out before marking the work complete. This would be helpful especially with ensuring safety forms are completed for every site for example.

Photos will not show or load without major delay and waiting
PHotos is a constant problem from freezing up, to major excessive slow access even after they have already been loaded

Require Multiple Pages to be Signed on a Document
Is Job Nimbus ever going to make it to where you can sign documents instead of it being 1 automated signature? Our contract needs multiple signatures from the customer and witnesses in numerous sections on our contract and each section needs to be signed with an actual signature

Ability to get rid of the Logo in the Top Right Corner
We want the ability to remove the logo from the top right corner as we already have it in the picture upload. As well as the ability to upload PDFs rather than just JPEGS.

Add photo container to templates
Creating custom templates in jobnimbus alone is a task especially when using the HTML function. I am just glad it exists. Leanring HTML as you go is another adventure. Anyway I am in the process in creating a 5 page template type form which will require photos and attachemnts a the end. It would be great if we had another HTML function similarly to the checkbox that adds a photo container to the template where the user can upload with certain parameters predetermines IE size and locaiton of upload on the page. When creating a contract, I want to require my Sales Reps to type something before they can send it to a customer. Like they have to type something there or it will not generate.

Adding Photos to Automations
I have figured out how to add photos to the automated texts & emails, but they show as a link. We need a way to insert the photos so they will show without the link JUST the photo.

Provide a photos section on my homescreen that allows me to scroll through ALL job photos
When on my home screen where I can see a jobs list and contacts list and tasks provide a section to see jobnimbus photos for ALL jobs that you can scroll through. like on the APP but more then the last 30 days.
