Virtual photo release form
A simple photo release form we could send via Jobnumbus for a virtual signature. This would eliminate the need for printing off a paper copy and the hassle of getting sales reps to upload these documents to jobnimbus.

Live Documents
We have supplements to send to insurance, and often those are figured out on the job and on the fly. It would be better to have a simple document that could be opened, typed in, saved, and closed....and then opened again later in the day to do it again until the job is complete. It would be more akin to a Google Drive document.

Signature Document Workflow
When creating templates, there should be an option to create a document workflow for signatures. For example, we require that proposals be reviewed by one of the owners before going out for customer signature. We currently cannot do that in JN, so we have to use a third party e-signature service which allows us to create these workflows. A way to do this would be for us to be able to create an estimate template with all the contract terms and conditions, and to have a feature where we select that any estimates sent for signature under that template, must…

Open two documents at once
I need to be able to open two documents in a file at the same time. When check on the status of an insurance claim, I need to be able to open the scope front the insurance company, as well as my supplement/estimate that I have submited. I need to be able to open two documents at once. I am pulling my hair out because you don't allow me to do this.

Bigger images on the Job level
Having these images easier to see, it would be awesome. Also any images added to that section should be listed within the job under photos automatically. Right now we have to upload to both locations.

Estimate number on company page of proposal
Have the estimate number populate on the company page of the proposal so when clients with multiple jobs or estimates call in, it makes it easy for them to give the estimate number for the correct estimate they are calling about.

A clickable Google and Facebook review page
create a click button to leave reviews. Even a page with star that they can click on the stars and and it takes them to the google or Facebook reviews which ever the client wants.

Searchable Photos
We use keywords in the notes of photos to make them searchable ie: "2 layers felt" "OSB" "permit" and now there is no search bar in the photos section. This is awful. And when you have hundreds of photos uploaded makes it impossible to find.
ALSO, when attaching photos or documents to an email they are not searchable either. I send emails to insurance with invoices and permits. I can't search documents for "permit" when trying to find it to attach to the email.
While some of the updates are okay, these small things that have been lost are crucial…

Tracking proposals I send out for project managers
Hello! I send out proposals/agreements for our project managers and would love to be able to follow the progression of them being signed or not. How do I look up sent proposals/agreements I send out under the different PM's? Also, are we able to see if the client has even looked at the proposal yet?

Auto-Save Email Attachments to Customer Files
I’d like to suggest a feature where all email attachments automatically save into the corresponding customer file in JobNimbus. Attachments could be sorted by type:
Images (JPG, PNG, etc.) → saved under the Photos/Images section
Documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, etc.) → saved under the Documents section
Why This Matters
Right now, saving attachments is a manual process and can be time-consuming. With AccuLynx, this feature was built-in and it saved us countless hours because everything was automatically organized and stored in the right place. Automatically Order and sort Photos in the order they were taken.
1st photo taken, typically residence overview is ordered first in photos tab, remaining photos are ordered in the sequence they were taken. In the way a typical flow of a property inspection would be.

Display or Upload Related Tasks Documents or Photos
When a task is created, you have the ability to upload documents or photos to that specific task record. Upon uploading those documents or photos, they will not show up on the parent job or contact record (even if the "related" checkbox is selected). I would like to either be able to see those from the "related" checkbox or have those documents/photos be uploaded to the parent record automatically.
When I upload a document/attachment to a task, I need it to show in the documents in the job as well. As it is, I have to upload the attachment 2x.…

Bulk download photos (100+)
JobNimbus, once you try to download more than 100 photos from a job, simply doesn't work. Not having a limit to the amount of photos you can bulk download would save a lot of time!

Insert template field for most recent payment for a job, or pulling a payment reference number.
There is no insert template field currently in templates to insert the most recent payment on a job.

Mandatory Forms
I would like the ability to not only attach specific forms to jobs or work orders to ensure they are completed by technicians, but also have the ability to make them mandatory to fill out before marking the work complete. This would be helpful especially with ensuring safety forms are completed for every site for example.

Require Multiple Pages to be Signed on a Document
Is Job Nimbus ever going to make it to where you can sign documents instead of it being 1 automated signature? Our contract needs multiple signatures from the customer and witnesses in numerous sections on our contract and each section needs to be signed with an actual signature

Ability to get rid of the Logo in the Top Right Corner
We want the ability to remove the logo from the top right corner as we already have it in the picture upload. As well as the ability to upload PDFs rather than just JPEGS.
