  2. open documents in new window

    Instead of documents opening within the same window, open them as a new window(or tab) within the web browser. As it currently stands when you open a document, measurements for an example, it opens within the same tab. This method only allows one document to be viewed at a time. If the document were to open in a new tab within the browser we could easily have multiple documents open at one time.     Would like to see the Document ID attached to all included pages generated, including the Signature page.

  4. Water damage mitigation package

    We run a water damage mitigation company, and used job nimbus for years, we love it!   5. Header on Estimates

    When creating estimates/proposals it would be nice to have our logo, contact info, etc. on each page as a header. This comes as some clients have expressed the request of not sending the cover page as it is just extra pages in the document.

  6. multiple choice in FORMS

    THE MULTIPLE CHOICE IN FORMS DOES NOT GIVE YOU MULTIPLE CHOICES. It acts as a radio button and gives you one choice. Please fix this broken part of forms

  7. Flow chart options for Forms

    It would be helpful for forms to have a flowchart function. For example, depending on the multiple choice answer provided (Q. what is the roof type? A1: Shingles, A2: Standing Seam), you are led to complete different form fills past that point.

  8. Limit team members' ability to view email threads/attachments

    Create an accessibility setting for specific team members/groups' access profiles to limit their ability to view email activity from other users and also limit ability to download/view attachments in the emails. It kind of defeats the purpose of limiting team members to be able to view documents such as estimates and invoices when they have full visibility of email activity in which they can just download the attached file and view it.

  9. Save Over Previous Photo When Drawing on a Photo

    Whenever I put drawings on my photos and go to save the photo, it does not allow me to save it. It only allows me to save it as a copy. Why! So now when I go to mark up a photo I will have a blank copy and the copy I just marked up. Filling up my photos.

  11. receipts

    To have a receipts option under documents downloads that would give you a box to put the cost of the receipt in. This could auto total on the financial page. It would help keep track of job costs. This could theoretically integrate into a post job budget check.

  12. Signatures on WORK ORDERS

    Just like on estimates and documents, WORK ORDERS need to have a native way of adding signatures. We've had a number of subcontractors argue payments with us because they didn't sign for anything. If we send a work order to a sub to accept, we want them to sign for it as a means of accepting the scope of work and payment terms.

  13. Attach Pictures And Documents to Estimates/Invoices

    Not only should we be able attach Pictures AND Pdfs that are multiple pages, but also please make it to where they can be attached to the estimate or invoice as a whole vs. to a single line item. (Similar to "Add Item/ Add Section", but Add Attachment).
    The way it is right now, our salesmen have to send the estimate and/or invoice then a Separate email that includes the pictures and documents needed for the homeowners to have Legible, Large Format documents to submit to their HOA or insurance company.   15. Signature Type for Forms

    It would be helpful if one of the type of elements in forms was a signature capture field. We currently use a paper job completion form where the customer and sales rep sign after doing the final walk-around at the end of the job. Rep verifies he inspected job and brief customer on warranty and other items, and customer signs buyoff. This feature would allow reps to upload signed forms into the job.

  18. Drop down menu on document templates

    When creating a document, it would be helpful to be able to insert a drop down menu to use in certain areas of the template for different options depending on items being mentioned.

  19. Option to expire document signature link

    If a customer does not click on a link to sign a document after some time, it would be good to have the link expire and not allow the user to sign the document. It appears that currently, if a client click on an old link it will resend it to them creating activity in JobNimbus sent by the system.
