  1. Optimize Photo Report

    Optimize photo reports when converting to PDF. Many times if the photos are too large the PDF simply won't generate, or will generate an extremely large file that I have to manually optimize to reduce the file size.

  2. Save Over Previous Photo When Drawing on a Photo

    Whenever I put drawings on my photos and go to save the photo, it does not allow me to save it. It only allows me to save it as a copy. Why! So now when I go to mark up a photo I will have a blank copy and the copy I just marked up. Filling up my photos.
    Can you address this please.

  3. Virtual photo release form

    A simple photo release form we could send via Jobnumbus for a virtual signature. This would eliminate the need for printing off a paper copy and the hassle of getting sales reps to upload these documents to jobnimbus.

  4. Attach Specific Document Types in email template

    Because you are able to define each document type which is uploaded, I WOULD THINK that you can make an email template that attaches all documents labeled as user defined "Document Type" to an EMAIL TEMPLATE. IF you can add this feature it would make the process 100x easier.

    ie If job status is set to follow up - send email template "follow up" Attach all documents with type as "follow-up documents"

  6. Signature Type for Forms

    It would be helpful if one of the type of elements in forms was a signature capture field. We currently use a paper job completion form where the customer and sales rep sign after doing the final walk-around at the end of the job. Rep verifies he inspected job and brief customer on warranty and other items, and customer signs buyoff. This feature would allow reps to upload signed forms into the job.

  8. Drop down menu on document templates

    When creating a document, it would be helpful to be able to insert a drop down menu to use in certain areas of the template for different options depending on items being mentioned.

  9. Option to expire document signature link

    If a customer does not click on a link to sign a document after some time, it would be good to have the link expire and not allow the user to sign the document. It appears that currently, if a client click on an old link it will resend it to them creating activity in JobNimbus sent by the system.

  12. Automatically Add Forms To Documents Once Submitted

    I’ve been using the Form Builder lately, and while it’s great for grabbing data in the field, there’s a manual "extra step" that’s becoming a real bottleneck for us.

    The Request: Can we get an option to automatically save a submitted form as a PDF directly into the "Documents" tab of a job?

    The "Why" (Real-Life Example):
    Right now, it feels like double the work. My sales rep finishes a detailed inspection on-site and hits "submit." In his mind, he’s done. But then my office manager has to go into the job record, click over to the "Forms" tab, open…

  13. Tracking proposals I send out for project managers

    Hello! I send out proposals/agreements for our project managers and would love to be able to follow the progression of them being signed or not. How do I look up sent proposals/agreements I send out under the different PM's? Also, are we able to see if the client has even looked at the proposal yet?

  14. Auto-Save Email Attachments to Customer Files

    I’d like to suggest a feature where all email attachments automatically save into the corresponding customer file in JobNimbus. Attachments could be sorted by type:

    Images (JPG, PNG, etc.) → saved under the Photos/Images section

    Documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, etc.) → saved under the Documents section

    Why This Matters
    Right now, saving attachments is a manual process and can be time-consuming. With AccuLynx, this feature was built-in and it saved us countless hours because everything was automatically organized and stored in the right place. Bringing this functionality into JobNimbus would save time for sales, production, and admin teams. It would…

  15. Download Document or Contract before signing

    Some customers have requested pdf versions that they can download and print (and read) before signing. As of today, when you receive a request to sign a document, you only get the option to download the document after you have already signed. For now, my workaround is to download a copy and send the pdf to the customer. It is less hassle if that would be built in for those customers that request it.

  16. Forms - Have another dropdown field inside of each line item that could be be a custom field fot Quantity, or any information

  18. Photos will not show or load without major delay and waiting

    PHotos is a constant problem from freezing up, to major excessive slow access even after they have already been loaded

  19. Please raise the document size limit substantially.

    Currently set at 100 MB, and we regularly get plans set over 150MB and sometimes over 200MB

  20. Need Related contact fields for templates

    Currently there is no way to print related contacts information on any documents related to a job.

    We have multiple projects where we are working with 2 or more home owners, when printing estimates or documents we are only able to reference the primary job contact, even though the estimate will show a related contact in JN, we are unable to print any of the related contact information, need first/last name, address, phone, email. The work around is to make a job for each home owner, which defeats the whole point of using jobs.
